Check in was great, I stayed 2 nights. On my second day returning to the hotel it was raining and cold, couldn’t get into my room, had to walk to the lobby to see why, took me a couple times of ringing the bell at desk to get attention of clerk. She checked and said they only had me for one night, I commented then why would they clean my room with my things still there. She reset key card and all was good. I have stayed here before and will again, just the only issue. Rose was fantastic clerk and my room very clean and comfortable.

Quick check in and check out. Able to get amenity needed for disabled spouse without any problem. Bed very comfortable. Quiet. Road work horrible in area but not hotels fault--easy to get in and out. Pay attention to where you are going or gets complicated.

Clean rooms and quiet. The pet friendly room was back near the grass and that was perfect for what I needed. Comfy bed too.

The staff were super nice , but the other people in the building were just loud. The beds had stained sheets and just overall had a weird smell to the room.

This was the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed at. Our room was spacious; staff was very polite. Everything was very clean; bed was very comfortable. Excellent restaurant in easy walking distance. We plan to stay again on our next trip.

The property is old and in need of updates. Room was not very clean. The air conditioner was not on when we walked into our room. The room was hot and muggy, the floors were sweating. It took an hour for the room to cool down and be comfortable. Lots of road construction around the hotel making it difficult to get into and out of. It was really a motel not a hotel.

I rated the area around the property as "ok" because of the road work/construction occurring along the highway and frontage roads. This will be corrected in the future I'm sure.
