The interior of the hotel is a little old. The staff were kind.
I was very dissatisfied with the public bath and indoor pool. I felt that it would be more convenient to have separate changing rooms for men and women at the indoor pool. After using the pool, do you either put on your bathing suit and hotel room clothes over it, or do you change at the changing room in the public bath on the 3rd floor before returning to your room? . . Either way it's inconvenient. Even between the 3rd floor and the 2nd floor, the hallway was covered with towels, so it wasn't pleasant to walk barefoot there. There is no explanation about the large public bath and indoor pool, so I think people who don't know it will be quite confused. At least my family was confused, so I recommend that anyone using the service ask the staff carefully.

The room is very spacious and clean.

家族6人一部屋での利用でした。部屋は２ベッドルームと畳の部屋に布団を敷き就寝する形態でした。ただリビングが無駄に広く30畳は十分に有ったと思います。キッチンも完備されており簡単な食器等もありました。部屋風呂も有りますが別棟の温泉大浴場がありゆったりと入浴できます。夕食はバイキングで開始時間が２通りあり選択できますが、開始時間は長蛇の列になりますので、遅めに行った方がゆっくり食事ができると思います。朝食はそれほど集中しないので自分の都合で大丈夫です。今回の利用での苦情ですが車で到着した際の駐車場の案内が全くできていない。なんの声掛けも無く１０分以上並ばされ、結局500ｍ位離れた全くべつの場所の駐車場を案内された。しかも雨が降っているのも関わらず傘も貸し出さないという非常に腹立たしい対応でした。 もう利用する事は無いと思いますので、思った事を書かせていただきました。
