Eglish is main concern that non of customer care knows. You have to struggle to talk to them. Any repair not done immediately, we had hanging glass shelf not secured to keep our toiletries. Informed reception but till we left nothing was done. Room was very small. But location is good.

No body speaks english. Communication was really bad. Room cleaness was average, we requested mattress change but didn't respond to our request. As mattress was not firm. Breakfast was boring.

I love pool on the roof and breakfast buffet. Everything sites close to the hotel. Walk distance.

Great hotel, perfect welcome and cleanliness, super well located, a thousand thanks to the whole team.

Top location Decent breakfast. Otherwise: old, dirty, pool too, canceled flight: no goodwill gesture for the night I missed out on the three booked....not even a reply to my email. But the best part: I asked if possible for a quiet room away from the elevator; total: room 213 right next to the elevator and a 3-meter view of the air conditioners... No help either for the M11 metro that goes to the airport...they prefer to sell their taxis at high prices... In short, okay, but certainly not the idyllic hotel mentioned in some reviews.

Convenient location, good value for money, for a few days' stay.
