The location is excellent especially for shopping trip. The staff are always available and helpful The noise in the room from other rooms even the steps can be heared. Some of the facilities need renovation e.g, there was no door for the shower box it was broken. One night there was a sound of construction which disturbed our sleep. • I love this hotel! Great location, great staff and excellent service. The location is perfect near good restaurants and nice shops. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and speak English. Service is awesome, easy check-in-checkout, very clean rooms and doing their best to accommodate everyone's needs. I highly recommend this hotel! great to stay

Had high hopes for this place because it’s in a nice area and has a great rooftop restaurant with good food/drinks but the rooms are terrible; badly-designed layout, tiny double bed which is uncomfortable, broken furnishings, ill-equipped kitchen, a safe which is not attached to anything, strong smell of cigarettes in hallways, surly reception staff except Hossein who is nice. Would never return.
