Incredible location, great staff and very tasty breakfast. By far the best hotel in Istanbul and will definitely be our go to for the future.

I used to stay in a cheaper hotel in this area and the rooms were bigger, cleaner and more comfortable. For breakfast the choice is very limited and if you want vegetables you will only eat tomatoes and cucumbers. No real coffee included in breakfast, only instant Nescafé. The staff was friendly and spoke English, they changed my room after I complained about my room being dirty. Overall the hotel is not bad but the price is too high to compare with other hotels.

In a city full of touts, scammers and unfriendly taxi drivers, this hotel and its super friendly staff is a real delight! I've never been in a hotel that is so welcoming! The staff is incredibly attentive. Service is for sure on a 5 star hotel level! Thanks to the whole hotel crew!

The boss and employees are very nice, attentive and considerate.
They gave me a serving when I ate, and I had unlimited refills of tea and coffee. There are also many English books. I will stay here next time.

The little brother in the hotel is very enthusiastic, and the price is super high. You can walk to Independence Street. The location is great. It was a very good stay experience. I will stay again next time
