The hotel is clean and close to Istanbul airport 15-18 minutes by taxi and the room is very good and for the price it is very good. 👍🏻 😡But one thing I did not like and I hope the guests pay attention, I asked for a taxi from the hotel to go to the airport and when he came I saw the young man from the hotel taking money from the taxi and they tried to not see them but I kept quiet. When I got in I saw the meter on 80 liras and I asked him why and he tried not to speak I said wait I want to get off and then he changed it to 100 liras then I told him to stop the car and I did not want to continue and he got scared and confused then he said I start now then he changed it to 30 liras it is better for you to order an Uber taxi and not the hotel. I always ask for a taxi from the hotels I stay in but this hotel is the first time I get off in

I experienced my travel for work with staff very close to the airport, their rooms were new and comfortable beds. I've been staying in the loft plus hotel in the same area before, I love loft hotels in Istanbul and I often prefer my travels.

My flight was changed so I was forced to spend a night in Istanbul. This hotel was offered to me in combination with the car transfer for 75 euros. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, with all I was needing to spend a good night (the room was kind of small but for my purpose it was fine). Breakfast was also included in the price and I had a tasteful coffee at the bar that is at the entrance. It's not so close to the airport, but with the transfer you have no problem. The hotel is in a commercial road, where you can find markets in case you need to buy food. It was quiet during the night. I arrived around 12am and there were 2 staff in the counter waiting for passengers.

Loft airport hotel This hotel is beautiful we were completely in shock at how nice the room is - Has a huge mirror which converts to a TV. The room has little fridge with free drinks - coffee kettle. It has beautiful furnishings the bathroom is fabulous I would totally recommend staying at this hotel Has a large mirror which turns into a TV. All upgraded - & exceptional When you get a taxi from the airport be sure the taxi man puts on the meter…. If you don’t see the meter running by the time you’re leaving the airport tell him to pull over and put the meter on I have noticed several Turkish taxi drivers don’t put on the meter coming or going from the airport why because they want to rip off tourists Do not pay any more than 200 Turkish lira max You can even get an Uber for maximum of 165 from the airport to the hotel Unfortunately you cannot get an Uber back to the airport. We did get a taxi from hotel back to the airport. 160 lira The hotel says it’s 5 miles away (that’s as the Crow flies) its actuality 8 1/2 miles by road. 15 mins max All the girls & Guys at the front desk were exceptional & really sweet - they spoke English they ordered us food to be delivered in the evening for us. They also recommended restaurants. We ordered a Turkish breakfast for €5 Our flight wasn’t until 530 so we asked if we could check out at 1 and they said yes no problem which we thought was very nice of them. There is a hotel at IST Airport but it’s very expensive (& not on Expedia) We would Definitely stay at this hotel again and have marked it as one of my favorites. I don’t very often give 5 star reviews but the staff were so nice and lovely and the hotel was soo fabulous I gave it a 5*. I did book the hotel 7 months out and got an amazing price so that helped…

Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

Amazing hotel and beautiful hotel. They are quite friendly and professional. The hotel is classic, beautiful indoors and outdoor pool, the ambiance is giving . Beautiful restaurant, and reception. Everything about the hotel is beautiful. Buffet breakfast very nice. I highly recommend it. The hotel is 50 minute's to Galata which is the most central area in Istanbul.Taxi charge about 550 to 600TL to Galata. They helped me decorate the room for my wife’s birthday. Though the charge was much.

I stayed at this hotel two years ago; back then the hotel was quite new but the suites were not ready for guest use so I had a corner room instead. This time was my first stay in a suite at this hotel and I was quite impressed. The suite is at a level far higher than what would normally be expected for the Four Points hotel brand. For example not only there were two full bathrooms, but one of them had a Japanese style toilet with auto-flush and lid which opens / closes by itself. There were controls for electric curtains which is normally a feature mostly found in luxury hotels. Also the floor of the living room was hardwood - real wood, not vinyl / fake wood. The service at this hotel was impressive when I stayed in 2021 and it remains more akin to a full service hotel rather than select service like Four Points, so kudos to the staff. My only concern is about the likelihood of suite upgrades as Marriott Ambassador Elite guest at this property specifically. In general, suite upgrades as top tier of the Marriott loyalty program are plentiful, and in Istanbul even more so than elsewhere in the world. Not being successful on a suite upgrade is more the exception than the rule nowadays based on my experience, but unfortunately at this hotel at first they refused to upgrade me to a suite. They said because they do not have many suites, by hotel policy they simply do not upgrade to suites. I expressed my disappointment and I think it's not competitive but in the end they upgraded me which was nice, however I remain a bit unclear what it means for my potential future stays, will they upgrade or not. I guess their suites are wonderful but it seems there are many other hotels in Istanbul which will not think twice, and they upgrade generously. Here, I am not so sure, especially if I booked there for a longer stay perhaps they would be quite reluctant. So that would be my hesitation in the future if the nature of my stay was such that I would value having a suite then perhaps it would not be an ideal fit. But for a quick one-night during a layover from the airport it would be no problem.

We are leaving the Lionel hotel, very disappointed with their hospitality. As we were walking out (around 22:00) a young guy working as a receptionist (could not get his name but hotel reception cameras can be watched) in addition to Fatih and Ercan (bellboys) gave me a difficult time as they offer to wrap ONE of my luggage for $5 USA but never specified they ONLY accepted cash. I run out of cash since yesterday, we have been tipping them and in the city as much as we could, therefore only had my credit card as my last source of payment. These guys made me wait longer than expected while the transport driver was outside waiting for me. I felt mistreated and threatened by their verbal aggressive behavior. I voiced to them that we had a flight to catch and could not wait any longer. Receptionist with attitude and violent voice directed me to speak to the bellboys. Thanks to a friend that was present, the $5 cash was paid then I was able to run out of the hotel late. Initially, we were given a very small room, knowing I’m here for surgery with wife and two children as agreed per reservation. After my request, they moved me to another room just a little big bigger with an extra charge of $30 per day. In this new room, a bed was broken, we had to reported and they later changed it. Hotel bathroom needs new caulk, they are stained and shows poor hygiene. Windows’ courtains does not cover the entire glass. Their Breakfast restaurant run out of bananas and bagels by 0930. (my son’s preference) At the pool, one of the staff called my children’s attention because they were coming out of the pool and wetting the pool deck. How can they expect for my kids to be dry if they are getting out of the water!) Overall the hotel experience was very poor.

I stayed two nights in this Hotel from 21-23 Sep 2020. Hotel is proper 4 star. Rooms are very good. Lobby is fine. Breakfast is served in dining hall with limited choice means no buffet breakfast. The hotel is seems to be renovated new. The Hotel is in the heart of new istanbul construction area. There a many local food chains and one international pizza brand by 5 minutes walk from Hotel. This is at 1 hour drive to Taksim Square and driver charges between 150 to 200 lira. This hotel is close to Airport however taxi driver took me to airport from long way and charged 210 lira. Most of the people informed me that it should be between 45 to 70 lira. Be aware of taxi drivers in Istanbul they will charge on meter but take long route
