I was shocked when i first entered the room, the toilet was unclean. However, upon speaking to the reception, they immediately arranged for a clean up and offered us complimentary drinks. Cheers to them, had a pleasant stay.

他家的服務和餐飲沒話説，那個華夫餅配培根加蜂蜜簡直是世間絕味！reception的接待非常專業，非常詳細地為我們介紹了酒店的一切！停車場也很方便，但其實不推薦住skye，這個地方除了那幾個需要專業登山工具才能去的徒步路線之外就沒東西了。還是那句話嘛 荒涼是蘇格蘭的底色！這酒店還是很值這個價的，但更推薦住看海的房型

來天空島一定要住這個酒店！風景和位置是全島最好的！！！強推！！！沖就完了！！！
面朝大海和雪山！還要什麼自行車！太美了！美哭了！這個景色接近西藏的林芝波密地區的松贊哈！
早餐更是面朝雪山，早餐是點單式的，挺好的，推薦蘇格蘭全早餐，酒店房間也很好！沒什麼可挑的，旺季才兩三千吧，要是淡季一千多實在太划算了！這裏適合多待幾天。
酒店樓下入口處有個停車場，那邊有個公園小門進去可以沿海徒步一圈6英里，非常值得户外愛好者去徒步，超級美！！！
酒店房間裏面就跟攜程的圖一摸一樣。
酒店有拖鞋！在歐洲也不多見。洗澡水還不錯！
整體很推薦！
如果來天空島，一定要住這家翠廉山！
建議天亮的時候到，小路拐彎上山找酒店晚上會看不太清楚導航，白天好很多！

酒店不錯，前台小哥很幽默，服務也不錯。早餐品種比較多。但是甜的太甜了，鹹的太鹹了，不符合中國人的飲食習慣

進入酒店大堂辦理入住時，前台衹有一個人，面無表情一直在接電話，我們站着等了很久，後面又來排隊的乾脆直接放棄，去了休息室。入住房間非常非常小又悶，而去往房間要走過蜿蜒曲折又漫長的狹小過道，幸好我們沒有帶大件行李，每個人衹是隨身背了一個雙肩包，不然會太辛苦。酒店就是勝在一個地理位置好，餐廳對着大湖
