The restaurant provides a buffet with three meals a day, and the variety is very rich. Dinner can be eaten until two o'clock in the morning at the latest. It is very convenient for people who like to eat and drink. The front desk and bellman services are very good. Luggage needs to be carried up the stairs from the lobby to the room. The luggage cannot be moved up and down on the stone pavement, so the bellman needs help to carry it.
The hotel is a good hotel. The worst vacation of my life! Based on the description of the offer, we expected a high standard, but the reality was very different. ROOM: Dirt, dust, mold, no hot water, and almost no water pressure, damaged furniture, blood stains all over the room, including the bed, loose screws on the air conditioner, ants all over the room, paper-thin walls—you can watch TV with your neighbors. 😃😃😃 RESTAURANT: Same food every day, undercooked meals, animals in the restaurant near the tables, dirty plates, no fruits. CAFE AND BAR: Unpleasant staff in the cafe, and the coffee is truly awful, the drinks at the bar are undrinkable... After dealing with the travel agency, where even the representative said the photos we provided were disgusting, our complaint was rejected.

Of course, the location is super, the beach and the sea is very pleasant. The water is clear. Animation Team is cool and very helpful, they make a lot of fun. The territory is green and is one of the most interesting i have ever visited. But, there are some questions. For a 4* All Inclusive I dont have any objections, but for a 5* Ultra All Inclusive, I have many questions. I don't understand, how is it called Ultra All inclusive package and not included imported alcohol? Nowhere on the territory of the hotel. Also, today I sau an old woman, maybe 70yrs old, washing her clothes (one full plastic bag of clothes, with soap) in the Turkish bath, which is in the spa zone 🤣. The Coffee point, a small cafe, that should have best coffee in the hotel, barista makes machine coffee in the cardboard cups. And no steamed milk but cold directly from the milk box.

We had a lovely stay at Kairaba hotel. The resort is beautiful and the beach is also beautiful. The hotel itself and the rooms are very clean. All the staff are warm and welcoming. The pool is very big and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The animation team are fantastic at setting up the activities such as water polo and aqua gym. Busra in particular has been fantastic during our stay. It’s been a relaxing holiday. We would 100 percent come back.

The hotel is good, the food is really good, the service is great, especially waiter Omer and Hatice in the main restaurant are helpful, friendly and at your service. It's a shame that guests can smoke everywhere, cos it's really annoying when you come with kids. And also it's a pity that most of the staff don't speak English well.

The outdoor classes are very interesting and professional. The entertainment team is great and I highly recommend taking part in all activities. Yoga, morning classes, aqua aerobics,Zumba .Always willing to help.Wonderful experience. Don’t miss out.

It is hard to know where to start. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. From being ferried to your hotel by golf cart your experiance is one of being treated like a VIP. The staff are friendly, polite and go above and beyond their duties. The rooms are clean with nice big walk in showers in the en suite, clean towels wher provided every day and the fridge was replenished every day. I would like to give a special mention to two of the restraunt staff, Omer and Ramazan. These two made you feel extra special and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were friendly respectfull and very hard working. By far the best of the staff in the resteraunt. Downstairs in the bar there is a young lad named Deniz who again couldnt do enough to please and help. The facilities are excellent with plenty to keep you entertained. Food was excellent. I would highly recommend a visit to this Hotel.
