The location is good; it’s located at only 20 minutes-walk from Jolfa district and 10 minutes away from Naqsh-e Jahan by taxi. Also the hotel room was clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and kind.

Hotel is very modern just like other high end hotels in our country. Service is really excellent!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very close to the attractions and has convenient shopping and transportation. I like this hotel so much. I will give you a small cake on your birthday and write birthday wishes on it. The service is so considerate.

The service is good. Compared with domestic facilities, the facilities are relatively old and the price/performance ratio is not very high.

The room rate is at a disadvantage, and you can check in directly at the local area, as long as you pay 50 US dollars a night; it is more than 100 RMB cheaper than Ctrip. Ctrip really should refund me the price difference. I have stayed in the hotel many times. It was booked by customers before. It is next to the 33-hole bridge. The location is good and the breakfast is good. I booked a single room with only two small beds. I don’t give a bad review for the big bed.

The best hotel in the area. The power plug is European standard and you can borrow an adapter plug at the front desk. Breakfast is local style. It is recommended to bring instant noodles.

I was there with my family and my husband for vacation. I really had a very bad experience. The worst hotel i have ever experienced. Rude staff , bad service also they get money for using the pool!!!!!! I was really disappointed. Thus is not what you ecpect from a five star hotel.

After staying in traditional houses or hotels, we decided to stay at the Parsian Kowsar Hotel. It offers a high level of service with very nice, spacious, and clean rooms. The staff is extremely friendly. They immediately responded to our comment and arranged a room change. They offered us a more expensive accommodation for the same price and provided us with helpful advice. The restaurant and food are excellent. The price is reasonable for the tourist service. If I ever visit Isfahan again, I would gladly return to this hotel.

recently , they added new area to hotel and rooms in this area are very good , location is very good , hotel is clean and staff are very friendly ,i like interior design of rooms , coffe shop and yard is very good to chill and chat

As a tour leader from South Africa, this is the first time we are trying the Kowsar Hotel, due to lack of availability at the hotel we normally use. The rooms in the old building are certainly not international 5 star level and desperately need an upgrade. The rooms are of 3,5 star quality The reception staff are very pleasant as are housekeeping staff, and check in for our group was efficient as we had called ahead and confirmed the number of double and twin and single rooms required. However, the hotel had just lumped twin beds together where we specified doubles and this is very problematic. Several of my passengers have also complained that the.housekeepomg is not up to scratch and that the beds were not properly made up. Though I was given a suite,with a lovely balcony, the decor is very old, the sink clogged , and when I decided to try out the spa bathtub last night, the entire bathroom flooded! Maintenance staff were helpful and have promised to rectify the issue. All in all a disappointing experience this far.
