Alphotel Innsbruck Reviews

The stay at Alphotel Innsbruck is exquisite and relaxing. They have a bar that operate until midnight. Do take a room that is able to see the Alps (mountain view) - it is indeed magical during sunrise. There is a huge variety of breakfast selection at the restaurant in the morning. The hotel is right beside a bus stop so transport to the City is pretty smooth - it is a 100% good choice for the travel.

Convenient location as the bus stop to central train station and airport is right in front of hotel. Shopping malls are within walking distance from hotel too. Room is clean and comfortable, of good size. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good.

The room was very clean. Although the hotel is a bit old-fashioned, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with a relatively wide variety of choices.

Our previous hotel booking got canceled, so we rebooked this one, which included breakfast. It's a bit far from the city center, but thankfully, transportation is very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a shopping mall directly across the street, so overall, it's pretty good. However, the towels weren't replaced promptly enough, which is something that could be improved.

My second time here, as expected the staff was so friendly even helped me to store my stuff in their kitchen freezer. Also really enjoyed the saun

Great hotel with good breakfast. The room is specious and not too far from the city. Free parking and great service staffs

Good hotel not too far from the bus stop. Clean and relatively quiet (thank you neighbours!). Nice views from the room. Black out curtains. Patient and courteous staff. Good spread for breakfast, loved the various soft cheeses available. Gym and sauna on site. Unfortunately was not in time for the spa/sauna (opened either 2pm or 5pm until 10pm, summer only on request), keep in mind if this is important when choosing a hotel.

Great location for going around as right beside the bus stop and the room was very clean and confortable. One thing to highlight was the balcony.

I and my son loved to stay this hotel , but only one thing was disappointing, there were two different breakfast areas, one had limited choices to eat , the other one had plenty of breakfast named business lounge, first day we had our breakfast at tiny place because no one checked our room and show where to eat , the next day we went the same place and took our plates and then by accident a guy came and asked our room , and said that we can have our breakfast at business lounge 😳 i am sorry with this situation.

great place to stay several nights, friendly staff, nice breakfast, gym, and if you are staying for two nights or more you'll get a public transport card free which was useful. I recommend this hotel with no doubt. thank you!!

Great 3-bed room, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice sauna area, excellent value for money.

It was a very pleasant stay. We were very satisfied. The room was beautifully renovated.
