Ginger Hotels, a budget brand under IHCL (the company that owns Taj Hotels), has gradually tried to improve its services, offering slightly better rooms and dining options. However, the pricing has also increased, with tariffs now closer to those of a 3-star hotel, depending on the location. We booked our stay online through a travel portal, which included a 20% discount on food and beverages. When our meal was delivered to the room, I noticed that the discount hadn't been applied and mentioned it in writing. However, during checkout, the front office staff didn’t consider it. Despite showing them the communication about the offer, the staff member claimed ignorance and said she couldn’t apply the discount. This experience was extremely disappointing, one of the worst I’ve had at any Ginger or IHCL property.

Mr. Aman Joshi really is a great professional and his approach towards guests is really good . Ginger hotels have been our choice for all times ... its proximity to corporate offices is worth mentioning... we would like ginger to keep the good work going ... it helps business traveller's like us immensely

Felt at home and enjoyed the hospitality. The food was just right as you would have home. The breakfast was sumptuous and never made me feel heavy during the day as Ginger offered a different set of meals every day. The dinner offered choices that would keep me nourished and helped me woke up early each day. Lots of love to the entire team. Best wishes and God bless. Thank you.

Nice hotel, staff and services. Room cleaniliness maintained well. Staff is suportive. You can have varirty in braekfast and very good food quality. Ginger hotel sector 63 have very nice locality , you can explore your choices nerby in walking distance .

I was here to give exams at a nearby centre so peace and quiet were foremost which I found was adequately here. The staff is friendly and helped me throughout my stay. In the restaurant, Mr. Pradyuman helped me several times during the meal. The ambience is relaxing. Beds are cozy and you can sleep for hours in those rooms. It was a very nice stay overall.

The experience was good over all. Inist stayed for 1 day but good service. The breakfast is really good. And location wise it's good. Reception was helpful. Great experience here on over all.. .........................................
