All the gates were locked so our Uber driver couldn't get out without turning around. It made us feel unsafe. Will not stay there again.

The room smelled of strong cleaning solution that was burning our throat. We were offered an air freshener spray from the front desk, but that would have done nothing. We spent $30 on air and fabric freshening products just to make it bearable. We considered driving back home to Phoenix after the concert in Indio, but it was simply too late to make a 4 hour drive (that's how disgusting it was).
The front desk clerk was very nice, but was unable to help us due to Wyndham policy of using specific cleaning products.

Shower water control did not work....air conditioning controls did not function.....door handle broken. What a joke.

The breakfast was basically non-existent. There were a few cereals and 2 jugs of unopened juice. Maybe they hadn't setup yet, but it was 6:30. The faucet in my room was loose and it could have been cleaner. For the price, I was really disappointed. I could have paid a lot less and received the same thing. There was a brand new tv but it doesn't make up for the price and the lack of breakfast that was supposed to be available.

Rooms are a little run down. A lot of what felt like transients staying there. Wasn’t always a safe feeling. The staff was nice the price was nice. Pool area was run down and weeds all over. It could easily with a little effort be a lot nicer. Not sure I would stay again until things changed.

Most of the room was clean, I could only grumble over two water stained lamp shades and a remote with no back to it and the swimming pool was not kept as it had leaves in the water, clearly not being used or taken care of.
However, the staff were very friendly and offered great customer service. There was limited facilities outside of the hotel that was walking distance. To feel safer I would suggest doing as I did and taking a room on the first floor, they have a lift so no lugging your suitcases up stairs.

Room unclean, cigarette butt left on the floor, unit extremely outdated and rough, microwave was disgusting. Not even close to being with $100 , more like a 50$ room.

Was not happy at all the the front desk girl that we arrived to at night was rude talking to her boyfriend when we arrived joking with us like if she knew us we simply asked for the general essentials and she seemed bothered will definitely not come back the girl in the morning was nice but the night was awful people screaming and running upstairs and loud ass music super early the next morning with kids screaming at full volume
