Requested a wake up call for 3:45 am for an early flight. Never received one. Fortunate I set my iPad alarm.

Hot tub was extremely gross- so much nasty stuff floating. Women’s restroom in hot tub area the floor was flooded with water and the door rotting from it. Was a big bummer since that’s the main reason I pick a hotel is for the pool area and hot tub. Like the dirtiest body of water I’ve seen at a hotel. Chlorine was super strong it made my body beat red and burned. Showered after and that was painful so definitely a chemical problem.
The men at the desk on all shifts were professional and dressed nice. The women were in sweats and on their phones- odd for any hotel let alone a Hilton.
Room was clean. Rooms are outdated for sure but still a clean room.
We didn’t have trash bags in any trash cans. Fridge was off.
Property didn’t have any outside ash trays- so that was weird.
Room was very quiet and the restaurant food was good for being in a hotel. Super friendly waitresses.
