Breakfast was blah. Hours of amenities were not convenient. Broken whirlpool tub!!!

Not so good. I checked in , went to my room and light in bathroom didn’t work. Went to desk immediately to report. A manager or owner didn’t reply, just walked to room. Light continued not to work. Mumbled-“ get you a different room. No apologies .I immediately picked up my suitcase and bag, he never held the door open so I could exit- instead he walked out ahead of me and let the door slam in my face!! Very rude!! The room seemed acceptable concerning cleanliness, but it was dark, drab and outdated. No information was concerning breakfast times or internet passwords or anything else! The breakfast was ok but not great! There was very little in restaurants around the facility to choose from, so dinner wasn’t a great experience either! I would NOT recommend this poorly run hotel.

We had a great stay, the rooms were clean, it smelled clean. The only downfall was the pool area smelt like the sewer and that was a bummer because our kids loved the option of having an indoor pool in the winter. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Areas in the room were dirty. Our room smelled like sewage. We were told that maintenance would come to fix the odor by they never came. The hotel had multiple levels but no elevator. Just not a nice place.

I was highly disappointed with the fact that a hot tub is listed in the swimming pool area but there wasn't one. The pool area is depressing to say the least, and it stunk like sewage, yuk! There's also sign threatening to fine you $20.00 if you bring any breakfast items to your room. The breakfast area was so cold (3 day stay) I had to wear my winter coat while I ate. Another guest showed me that the wall heater in the tiny breakfast room was actually turned off.

The hotel was very clean and neat but no elevator...to say they have a "full breakfast" tho.. is exaggeration.. they had some runny scrambled eggs .. and typical continental breakfast.. muffins and cereal.. they had bread but toaster didnt work. I have a big family so breakfast at hotel is something i look for to save money. Also walls are paper thin.. got woken up both nights to a couple screaming ar each other.

I actually enjoyed my stay despite the few negative reviews I stay through new years and it couldn’t had been better it was clean affordable the staff were friendly and it was QUIET i stayed for about 3-4 days I didn’t have any issues at all the only thing I could say is I wish there was a elevator other then that 10/10

My first room hadn’t been fixed like they thought which to me means they definitely don’t check the rooms after they’ve been cleaned or supposedly repaired. But was friendly and promptly assigned me to a new room but the flooring to the entryway to the bathroom was coming up bad and kept scraping the bottom of my foot and my dress kept getting snagged on it

I reserved a room with a jetted tub and didn't get one. The tub that was in the room was disgusting. Breakfast was almost non existent. Paint all over the carpet in the hallways.
