Hotels near Hainault Surgery in Ilford

Apart from the lack of car parking spaces, not bad. Good location, close to the town Centre, room was a good size and tidy, maybe the carpets could do with a Hoover, breakfast was a hot self served breakfast and the staff was friendly. Would come again.

Noora never fails to go above and beyond every time we touch base, never fails to accommodate us fully and provides excellent customer service. Towels needed no problem toilet roll no problem parking info. Absolutely anything needed ask Noora. We stay in a variety of travelodge locations Inc Barking Becton Dagenham Ilford etc and would recommend any travelodge to family and friends.

Made a booking with them for the 2023 easter weekend as we were attending a 4 day event in London. Booked it early to assure we could attend, and it the time I made the booking they carried out a card check, they actually ended up doing this 3 times over the period i had the booking, the first taking £76.50 just after i booked (I had chosen the book now, pay on the day, so i was surprised at this) 2 months before the event they did the same again, all cleared. 2 weeks after that they said my card was invalid, with insurficent funds (It wasn't), and had 23 hours to sort it, so I put my credit card information in (plenty of available credit), they rejected it say invalid car (it wasn't), so i checked the details and they were correct. The next day THEY cancelled the booking!! Leaving me without a hotel for the event, as everywhere was booked up. I'm sure they realised there was an event on after taking the booking, and wanted to resell it at twice the price. PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL, as these are untrustworthy, and WILL leave you in a bed situtation. They don't answer messages when you ask them either!! Fraudsters and charlatons!! (I didn't actually go in March, but had to choose that to get on here and warn people!)

Such a Great Location & the Staff is Amazing! It’s located right next to Kings Cross & Coal Drop Yards which is convenient. Check in is simple & they even let you leave your luggage for free if you get their early & after your check out. The staff is so kind, to the front desk, Maintenance, Cleaning Crew & Management. I love how the beds you can change the color of the Lighting. There are plugs for your phone & a locker to store your stuff. Also a bar to hang socks or a Towel. They have a huge lounge area where you can chill or work & a kitchen. Pretty big kitchen, great way to save $ while traveling! Bathrooms are always clean & always hot water. They have events throughout the week which is great for connecting with new people. You can tell the staff is like family here & genuine souls! Definitely suggest checking out this Hostel when traveling to London! My next trip into London, I’ll definitely be staying here. 💚

A typical GB single-family house in 1906, with convenient parking, a restaurant on the first floor, and flowers blooming at the door

We visited at the end of August 2021 and the experience was not a good one! Confronted with a pleasant young man only to be put in a room for a single person ( we are a couple ) right at the back of the hotel with a long hallway and flights of stairs we had a few pieces of luggage as we were going to a wedding the next day. Not happy with our room but we could not change it as no more rooms were available. We were told perhaps the next day. We were also informed that continental breakfast was available daily but we could see no evidence of this as the restaurant was closed up from the inside ( see pictures) Our room was changed the next day but we had to go a wedding so asked if we could move in later no! Was the blunt answer no consideration shown as they put us in a small room! We had to move immediately or soon as. Also the restaurant still looked like a building site and in the corner was a dusty table with dirty plates, when we complained, as we were informed before we arrived there was continental breakfast someone was called in to clean the table and put bread, milk and a couple of boxes of cereal to appease the situation ( see pic ) it was terrible The rooms are not that great and you can hear everything through the walls. A few days in the restaurant was cleaned up and a full breakfast was being served but that was a little to late as we had only 2 days left of our stay and the previous days we had to buy our own breakfast when this should have been provided as we paid for this!!! Parking is also not so great first come first served and parking in the surrounding streets is awkward my best advice from our experience is to avoid this place and find somewhere else!!! The staff there at that time showed no consideration professionalism or courtesy for our situation and tried to fob us off regarding the breakfast situation and our room.

To whom it may concern I wish to complain about my experience with the Canary Wharf point A hotel on the 24th of March. I was very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism members of staff showed me and my friends during our short time at the hotel. Firstly, we got told to turn the music down which I totally understand and respected, after turning the music right down we get another knock on the door and once again it was security and a female member of staff claiming we were doing drugs and smoking (which really upset and offended me as I have recently lost a close friend to drug use). I offered them to come and search the room to prove we had no drugs and weren’t smoking but they were having none of it and told us we had to leave. To make it even worse they also made my other two friends leave who were in a totally separate room with no reason or evidence of this supposed drug use and smoking. I tried explaining that we have travelled from Sunderland and would be stranded with no where to stay but I was ignored and told to leave. Before we left the same female member of staff told us the manager has told them to make us leave she then gave us a card with a number to get hold of the manager which we rung immediately after leaving. If our experience with the hotel and service wasn’t bad enough, we then get told on the phone there’s no manager in the building which makes me believe the manager never told anyone to kick us out. In total we spent around 2 hours in the hotel and when I asked about getting a refund I got totally blanked and ignored. I have also emailed Canary Wharf point A hotel to express my disappointment with how we were treated but have not received a reply at this moment. We stayed at the Guesthouse for a week while working at the local ExCel Centre. The guest house is surrounded by many local takeaways and close to free parking out of normal business hours. (7:30-6pm Mon-Fri chargeble free the rest of the time) The accommodation has its own entrance which is accessible by a fob. Through the door leads you to a set of stairs that sits above the pub. Check in for us was speaking to the bar manager. The room was great value. Just be aware that on a Friday and Saturday Night the pubs live music can be heard but i did love the hotel provided ear plugs as standard in the rooms to aid sleep if you don't like live music. We both enjoyed it and would stay again.

I would like to say a Big Thank you to Lira’s Team in Travelodge Barking I.e. Khatija, Isa.Rif who made my stay comfortable and helped me due to my disabilities. I found Lira and other member of staff very polite, friendly and understand customer needs. I would highly recommend to use Travelodge and guarantee to value your money. *****BZ ****
