The bath is very small. The nearby AB Hotel is bigger. The location is great, 1 minute from the station. Everything is ok, but the price is too high.

Everyone at the front desk was polite and kind, so I was able to have a very comfortable stay. I would also like to use it if I have the opportunity.

It is close to the station and has a large public bath on the top floor. The breakfast buffet is also luxurious and very satisfying. They were also very helpful when I forgot something.

The bathroom toilets and sinks were clean. Not all the showers were clean, some had hair from other guests. Perhaps they can be asked to clean after each shower? The room also had a bit of a bad smell after the aircon was switched on

The property is run down, the rooms are so small you need to leave your bag in the hall, its a working man hotel and they smoke in the rooms, the smoke in the rooms is gross, the staff doesnt care which is surprising for a Japanese hotel. I have work in the area and there are no good hotels, so I advise to stay in Nagoya.

希望する宿泊階がある場合、予め連絡しておくのが良いと思います。環境的にはどの階でも静かではあるものの、偶然かも知れませんが、宿泊するたびに低層階が指定される経験をしました。

大浴場：夜遅くまで、また朝早くから利用できました。 ロビーでのコーヒーサービス、朝食ではバイキング内容、共に満足できました。また利用したいです。

全体的に整っているが古さを感じました。 特にエアコンのホコリやカビ臭さはとても気になりましたし、加湿空気清浄機をつけると余計に臭いが充満し不快な気分になりました。 その他の清掃は行き届いていたので残念です。

ラジウム温泉が快適だったが、部屋が大浴場の近くだったため、廊下での話し声が聞こえて不快だった。また、モーター音が感じられ、気になった。

ホテル周辺は昔と違って 名駅と変わらない位キレイで食事する所も多く 昔のイメージと全然変わっていて驚きでした！！ ただ、ポイントが付くのが知らず 最初にフロントマンからの案内が無かったのが ちょっと残念でしたかね＾＾；
