The lobby is beautiful and so is the entire hotel. Really liked our big tub in our room, automatic curtains, lake view, and rainfall shower. There is an outdoor pool, but it was still cold season so it wasn’t open, but I imagine it would have been great. We used the indoor pool, which was heated and had a nice view of the lake. We ordered room service dinner the first night. The prices were the same as the restaurant and arrived in about 30 minutes. Nice job! The taste was ok, not amazing but for the price I won’t complain too much. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They always tried to give me staff who could speak English even though I didn’t need it. They gave us a tour of our room when we checked in and whenever I called the front desk to ask for anything, they brought it to our room immediately. Absolutely wonderful service The only negative I have is about the food itself at the hotel buffet restaurant (the other restaurants were closed at the time so we only ate at the buffet in the lobby). The buffet dinner is roughly 300rmb per person on a weekday and includes alcohol. The choice of food and quality was honestly not even worth 100rmb in my opinion, but I also hold the hotel at high standards. I’ve never seen an international dinner buffet with no bread before. Though to be fair, the majority of guests were Chinese ayi’s at the time and it was off season, so perhaps they adjusted the food to their taste, not that of a foreigner. Lastly, the hot spring facility was good. It’s actually at the neighboring hotel, but they give you a free golf cart ride there and back. There’s changing rooms. The hot springs are actually indoor with a glass ceiling (that you can’t see through). There are a TON of hot springs, definitely more than usual. I didn’t count but I think I saw more than 15 or 20 different pools. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is people were smoking in the hot springs and it really pissed me off.

There are many B&Bs here with free parking. However, it is more difficult to park after 11 o'clock on holidays. You have to find it yourself or go to the nearest paid parking. It is recommended to come early. Room: There is no elevator in the hotel. If you need to carry luggage, you can ask the front desk guy. The room is neat and clean. It is recommended that some facilities be checked and updated and maintained in time. Breakfast: Breakfast is included when you check in. The restaurant opposite the hotel (dogs are not allowed for breakfast) has a choice of wontons or double noodles (big meat and fried fish). The noodles taste good. Surroundings: It is right next to the ancient town of Xiaolianzhuang, which is equal to the end of the ancient town. The door is the old street of the ancient town. Opposite is the Nanxun Tibiang store recommended by Nicholas Tse. From here, walk to Yiyuan, and then walk from the opposite side, without turning back, the whole journey It takes 2-3 hours to complete the tour, which is very suitable for people who are road blind. Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

I think at this time he said that dragging you over is a solution, but we just waited stupidly without any indication. Haha, I think they may be from different service departments, and the service details are out of touch. Although it is one thing, as a landmark hotel in Nanxun Ancient Town, the hotel fee is not cheap, and the software service and the overall hardware environment really do not match. At night, I found that the hair dryer was broken. The light bulb inside the key hair dryer was exposed. It would really leak electricity. Why didn’t you pay attention during the room inspection? I called the front desk again, and when I reported the problem, I felt their weak service attitude again. My friend said that when staying in so many hotels, the front desk service is standing and helping guests to check in quickly. As soon as this one enters the front desk and sits, it still looks indifferent. It feels like the front desk of this hotel is a relationship household. Can't come. There is one thing to say, the hotel environment is still very good, like walking into a small garden, the small villas are a combination of Chinese and Western architectural styles, with lush flowers and trees, pleasing to the eye. We stayed in a small western-style building with a courtyard. The room is also large and has better privacy. The master in the parking space also has a good sense of service. What I mean by service is that he will take the initiative to tell the guests where the car can be used, how to go to the lobby, and how to deal with the check-out if the fee has been settled in advance. This is similar to the front desk at the beginning of check-in The difference shows that different departments have different management ideas. The breakfast the next day was also very rich, with many choices. Parking is also free. Next time I bring my children to play, I will choose to live here again.
