Location: Convenient transportation, you can take a taxi directly to the door of the B&B. One minute after leaving the house, you will enter the streets of the ancient town, next to Chow Sang Kee.

The stay experience was great. The service of Xiao Shen at the front desk was considerate and thoughtful. The facilities and equipment in the room were also complete, clean and hygienic. It was very comfortable. Especially the cross-hand salute of the receptionist at the front desk was very unique. The breakfast was also very rich. I will choose Kaiyuan again next time I travel.

GGuest UserThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

GGuest UserWe have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights. The water park was the absolute highlight for my 6 year old daughter. The room was warm and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The vegetarian options were limited for us but vacation housekeeper 小陈 went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, even arranging a food delivery for us. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children

Before check-in, there will be an exclusive butler to help you arrange everything. Any questions will be answered patiently, and the reply speed will be very fast! When you arrive at the hotel, someone will immediately come out to greet you for a drink and carry your luggage. It is already a super six-star service! This time we were received by Sa Sa and Yi Bo. It was really thoughtful, because we brought children and there were so many needs, but no matter what the needs were, we would respond to us as soon as possible. Shanghai arrived at the parking lot by car for more than three hours. Contact the housekeeper to drive the electric car to pick up the lights at night. It creates a sense of atmosphere at home. GGuest UserIt can be said to be a great experience. The homestay can be said to be a real paradise. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the winding mountain road. There are 10 families on the mountain. It is very quiet and the view is very good.
The decoration is in the style that young people like. Just sit in the yard, bask in the sun and look at the bamboo sea in the distance, which makes people feel peaceful.
It takes 10 minutes to drive to the popular Wangwei Mountain, and then walk for 15-20 minutes to enjoy the beautiful sunset.

GGuest UserI randomly saw Naicang Botique hotel on Trip.com while I was looking for hotels in Moganshan for a weekend get away. I was attracted by its view as well as the simplistic yet modern looking design. Anyway, I went ahead with my gut feeling and just booked a family suite and a double room for me and my friends.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the hotel manager who also happens to be the owner. We saw a group of friends hanging out in the hotel lobby which was also a good sign. The owner recommended us places to visit around MoganShan. The hotel lobby has several kinds of entertainment available and the owner likes to offer whatever he can to make you feel welcomed.
My friends wanted to do a BBQ so the owner not only arranged everything but also helped us fire the coal and even help us cook. Furthermore, he even offered us some soft drinks on the house. Last but not the least, the hotel chef is the mom of the owner who herself is a wonderful, friendly and kind lady.
In short, I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

There was originally a VIP cableway going up the mountain next to the hotel, but unfortunately the cableway was under maintenance when we went there, so we had to take a shuttle bus to another cableway entrance, which was not too far away, but it only took 10 minutes. left and right distances. The room has floor heating, which is very warm. It is more comfortable than an air-conditioned room. The housekeeper Xiao Yu is super attentive. RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
