the HDMI cable was missing from the TV. Notified the desk right away, it took two days to get one. The same desk lady that said she needed to speak to the manager stole one from another room. Took 5 mins to get, after all that, the TV did not work. Just gave up.
We had a three day stay and the access cards were being deleted at the end of each day. Had to make several trips to the desk to have them reactivated. Not a big deal, but, they could do much better on the Customer service.
