The hotel is excellent, offering comprehensive and top-notch services. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Despite working from 7am until evening daily, they consistently maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor. They take great care in cleanliness, ensuring areas such as the roofs, handrails, seating, and chairs are cleaned daily. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort make it highly recommendable.

During our two-day trip to the Red Sea, we chose two all-inclusive hotels to stay. It was through this comparison that we realized that this one was really great😅
The rooms are all suites, which are large and exquisite. The overall environment and swimming pool are of high quality. The highlight meals are very delicious. They are all exquisite a la carte dishes. There is no sales promotion in the hotel (the staff will just keep asking you if you want it) Drink something 🤣)
The only small drawback is that it is difficult to make reservations at some restaurants. It may take a few extra days to make reservations.

Great hotel, small but nice. There are resident singers at the bar every night. For hotel dinner, you need to scan the QR code to make a reservation or call the front desk to make a reservation one day in advance. We scanned the QR code and made an appointment with Basilico Italian. My companion also called the front desk to make a reservation at the Italian restaurant. Overall good review. The hotel has a good view. After all, it ranks first in Ctrip’s scenic views. Watching the sunset on the beach is beautiful.
