✅I came to Hurghada because only Hurghada has an overnight bus to Alexandria, so I just came and lay down first~ 🌊I booked a standard room with a swimming pool. I was originally worried that I would be assigned to the balcony on the first floor because the swimming pool would not be very private. When I went there, I found that the rooms on the first floor were the most popular. There is no elevator in the hotel, so you can ask the staff to help you carry your luggage. There are 1 bottle of Coke, 1 bottle of Sprite, and 2 bottles of 1.5L water in the room. The decoration is like the last century. The network covers the lobby and swimming pool, but it is a little slow in the room. 👨👨👧👧The guests are basically foreign grandparents who live there. Asian faces are very rare. We went to sit at the snack bar by the swimming pool and received everyone's attention. The staff were very enthusiastic and would say hello in Chinese when they saw us. There was an uncle on the beach who took the initiative to chat with us. At noon, we ate by the pool and took photos of the grilled chicken. The grilled chicken master lifted up the grilled chicken skewers. Pose for me~ 🎭There are performances in the upstairs restaurant at 8:30 pm and in the theater at 9:15 pm every night. The night I stayed there was a light and shadow show and an African brother performing acrobatics. At first, I thought the light and shadow show was an old-fashioned show with lights and music, but I didn’t expect the little brother. Playing with lights and shadows is particularly fancy. The African brother's acrobatic performance is also of a very high level. The neck-flipping and waist-flipping performance was so shocking that I couldn't bear to watch it. 🐠If you are too lazy to swim or go to the sea, just stroll on the beach. The Red Sea is beautiful and you can see small fish with the naked eye on the beach. I couldn't sleep even if I wanted to lie down all day and night. When I checked in, I was given a bracelet and when I saw it, I could eat and drink for free. After checking out, I could use the bracelet without recycling it. The grilled pigeon, grilled chicken and grilled fish in the restaurant were delicious. , the snack bar’s pies are also good. We exclaimed that this hotel with more than 300 yuan per person including three meals was a great deal. 🎁Shopping: Diagonally across from the resort is Cleopatra, a shopping mall with clearly marked prices. The top floor overlooking the resort is surprising, but the price is not the best for reference. The short-sleeved dress with Egyptian patterns is 240 EBs, the printed papyrus painting is 41 EBs, and the essence is 4 EBs-9 EBs/g, starting at 50g. The bottle is ugly, but you can buy a small essence bottle for 75 EBs and fill it back. There is also a row of souvenir shops nearby. Now that I think about it, if I have a reference price and go shopping, I might be surprised. Anyway, there is not much business in those shops during the day. 🐟Eat and drink nearby Almustafa Fish: Although the resort can provide all-inclusive meals, I still want to experience the local restaurant. There are many foreign tourists. The seafood soup is sufficient but too salty, the mixed grill is not bad, and the squid is delicious. 🚖Take a taxi: It’s only 2-3km to the Go Bus station. Uber shows 25 Egyptian pounds, but the driver will increase the price to 50 Egyptian pounds.

Stayed 2 nights. Don't worry about security. The food was delicious. The room was equipped with 2 bottles of 2 liters of water, 1 coke, 1 Sprite, a pot and coffee/tea. The water pressure in the shower was strong. We were able to use the facilities of the affiliated hotel next door. The facilities are outdated, but there is no problem. I was generally satisfied, but I was a little worried about the sound of the refrigerator in the room.

My husband and I spent 11 nights at this hotel and we cannot fault it! Rooms are lovely and clean, fresh towels every day made into towel art , mini fridge stocked up with bottles of water, coke and Sprite every day. Food is good, always different theme nights, Egyptian night was far the BEST one! Staff are really friendly and always willing to help. The cocktails were amazing. The beach and the sea are absolutely stunning! You must bring a snorkel with you as they have some breathtaking coral reefs! We snorkeled for hours. The other thing that we thought was very good at this hotel was the security, they always made sure that we were taking the right taxi (we used Uber alot as it was very cheap and convenient) or when we were going on the day trip they already knew who was gonna pick us up. They ask you what place you're going too and your room number so its for your own safety. Overall we had a fantastic time here and are already thinking of coming back!

The hotel is lovely, a little dated but has a beautiful pool area and majority of staff are polite. Cons: 1. Room cleaners hassling for tips and shouting down hallway after you which made us not want to go back to the room until we knew it was done and cleaner had left. 2. Contrary to other reviews you are NOT allowed to eat in the sister hotel (Arabia) or drink at their beach bars unless you tip the bar staff. They said they would serve us but made it clear without actually saying the words that they expected a tip in return for breaching their rules. 3. Bel Air has tiny 'beach' area which is actually just a patch of hard ground covered in a dusting of sand with a wall around the sea entered only down swimming pool style metal steps. Arabia has beautiful cove beach and multiple beach bars. 4. Hassled all day long by (some) rude hotel staff trying to sell anything and everything. We thought within the hotel complex we would be free from this but all day they wake you/disturb you selling massage, portraits, day trips, restaurant meals, the list was endless. 5. Wi-fi...forget it, none existent. 6. Food, average at best, served cold on more than one occassion and we are definitely not fussy eaters. Very dissatisfied as the reviews we saw said the food was amazing?? 7. Hotel 90% German (towels on beds at 6am) and hotel aimed at them. All staff spoke fluent German and pretty uninterested when we said we were from the UK and struggled with English. Pros: 1. Great air con. 2. Lovely shower and very spacious room with huge balcony which was lovely. 3. Helpful reception staff helped me suprise my wife with birthday flowers etc so that was great. 4. Beautiful pool area, spacious and very clean. Overall we had a satisfactory stay, the weather was perfect and no upset tummies so can't complain. Would we return, no, just not made to feel welcome as Brits and the persistent sales pitches and hassling for tips was just too much for us. We do of course wish the hotel the very best and thank them for our stay.

The best place for spending in welcomed atmosphere, surrounded by friendly people. This is Bel Air. Thanks to whole staff, thanks Mr. Peter Adel. My stay with friends was unforgotable again. This december is as summer, a bit windy, but in the heated pool you feel yourself as in summer season.

The hotel is very nice, exactly what was promised. The food and staff would be the highlights, definitely. The food is very good and varied (the chicken usually is not the best, though). They make a lot of themed dinners, very detailed and interesting for those guests who enjoy that type of thing. The staff is very nice, i never felt harrassed for tips, though we did offer small ones when we felt they were deserved. The animation team is nice, they do create a nice, friendly atmosphere. I'll mention Mido in particular, as we bonded very well with him and he is very sweet. No kids screaming all day (!!!). Very clean, proper. The room is spacious and has everything needed. We slept very well. As all the room face the pool, the bar closes at 10 so guests who sleep early can do so. The cons would be that the bathroom needs a little upgrade; the shower, while spacious and with good flow, is difficult to close and looks old. Some food is unlabeled or vaguely labeled (labeled "meat" for example - what type of meat? most of the sauces are not labeled). This would be a great improvement, because i often had to smell things to decide if i want to add them to my plate or not. I see other reviews mentioning they felt harrased by various sellers on the beach and around the pool area. It happend to us during the first days, and we just said no repeatedly, and we didn't have that problem after. I observed this kind of aggressive selling behaviour everywhere in Egypt so i wouldn't fault the hotel for that.

The food is amazing, but they could try to label it better. Rooms are spacious, but the shower could be improved. It is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. The entertainment group did an amazing job, especially in the aqua gym :) Entertaining shows every night.
