Tianrun Hehe Hotel

We booked a family room for three adults and one child. My kid, a fan of My Little Pony, immediately gravitated towards the bunk beds, opting to sleep on the top bunk while the adults took the bottom. However, be very careful! I hit my head painfully on the loft when getting up after resting on the bed. A major downside is that in Hailar, it gets bright at 3 AM in June, and the room's bamboo blinds are terrible at blocking light and quite difficult to pull. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. On the bright side, the hotel is right across from a large supermarket, and the old city is just a 5-minute walk away.

This was an absolutely perfect stay! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Check-in was super quick, and their service was polite and proper. Secondly, the room was spotless and tidy, the sheets and bedding were pristine, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. The view outside the window was also very pleasant. All the amenities were fully equipped, the hot water supply was stable, and the mattress firmness was just right. The hotel even provided buckwheat pillows, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast on the second day offered a rich variety and tasted great. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped with my luggage. The entire service made me feel really cared for. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. My only regret is forgetting to take a picture with the lovely short-haired lady at the front desk!

I've never stayed in a worse hotel than this. I could accept the lack of a window, at least there was a small one. The weirdest thing was that the window overlooked the hallway and stairs. The room and the bedding had a strong smell of smoke and mildew. What was most unbearable was the constant noise all night long and very loud, making it impossible to sleep. The front desk staff had no service awareness whatsoever; they didn't say a word when I checked out. Haha, what a joke! 👍

The location is excellent and it is very convenient to go anywhere. It is especially suitable for people like me who want to go shopping and eat special food.

The bathroom was very big which surprised me. As a picky person, the bedding was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.
