Travel to Hulunbuir with friends and book a hotel on Ctrip.com. On the day of check-in, due to the low temperature in Hailar and the lack of heating and air conditioning in the hotel, I was very worried about the night. But the room kept warm very well, there was no feeling of freezing.

本來這家位置還不錯，房間還算乾淨整潔。但是入住期間遇到了很無語的事情：晚上快到十二點了前台打電話來説有人説我們屋聲音太吵，問我們是不是有帶人進來喝酒?説以前有人這樣過……我們一沒有開電視二沒外放聲音，就正常在屋裡交談，怎麼來的聲音大?而且我們是來旅遊的，哪裡帶人來喝酒?再説酒店上樓還要刷卡，陌生人怎麼上來?我們讓前台上來親自看看，她也不來~如果房間里正常交談都能影響到別的住客，那衹能説明你們家隔音不是一般的差，建議從新裝修好了再開!如果之前發生過帶人上樓來喝酒的事，那衹能説明你們的上樓刷卡和前台形同虛設，建議從新搞好保安措施。另外前台遇到這種投訴，是不是該上樓來看看到底怎麼回事?樓也不上了，就大半夜打個電話對客人質問，能起到什麼作用?既解決不了問題，又把客人的心情搞得不好。
