We stayed in this hotel for one night before flying back home. It is very close to the airport. This hotel was very clean and beautiful. The service checked us in quickly and without any worries that we were foreigners. We were even able to get late check out. The room was very nice and comfortable. The best part was our service from 嘉乐. I left my flash drive in the television and didn't realize until after we got home. 嘉乐 was so nice and found my flash drive and set up a courier to mail it to me all the way in Guangdong province. We would definitely go back.

The Hailar star hotel recommended by Ctrip, in general, the front desk cares a lot about customer service and reviews, but the hotel is still far from a five-star hotel. Seeing that Ctrip has good reviews for the swimming pool, I took my child to the swimming pool. After entering the water, I found that the water temperature was too cold. The child did not enter the water but sat by the pool and kicked the water. There was a lifeguard or staff member sitting behind the table playing with his mobile phone the whole time. The child stood up, slipped, and landed on the back of his head. She also rushed over. However, there was no emergency treatment for such incidents. I asked for ice cubes, and she said no, but later gave me a bottle of cold Coke. The front desk of the health club sent ice cubes to the contact restaurant, as shown in the picture. I asked the waiter for a fresh-keeping bag to pack the ice cubes, and the answer was that there was no fresh-keeping bag, and then a black garbage bag was given. The child has good physical fitness and it was not affected. The front desk also gave two breakfasts to show concern. There are two things in the hotel that I find quite interesting: 1. When the child left crying, the health club told me that they needed to take back the bath towels, and then went to the guest room to get them. 2. After we checked out, we received a call from the hotel saying they couldn't find a coffee spoon. I said it fell under the table. The attitude was generally good, but the service standard was low. The room rate is not low compared to first-tier cities.

A highly recommended hotel. If you come to Hulunbuir, you must stay here. The transportation is convenient. There is Lubuli Restaurant downstairs. It is also very close to Genghis Khan Square. The hotel has a long history and many leaders have stayed here. The breakfast is also rich, the decoration is grand, the service is great, and the room facilities are also very satisfactory. Hailar was the first stop for a family of three in Hulunbuir. It was good to choose Home Inn Ruibai. The room was clean and tidy, with smart toilet, air conditioning, and free breakfast for children. It was okay and quite satisfactory. When you go out, you can go shopping in Hailar Ancient City at night. There is a large supermarket next to it where you can buy everything. On the left side when you go out, there is the Internet celebrity restaurant Funxiangyuan🥘

The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, there was a smart toilet (a bit noisy by the flushing sound), and there was a small balcony with beautiful scenery. The breakfast was very rich and delicious.

Since the basic room type is basically occupied by the winter Games participants and staff, the deluxe bed room I booked was upgraded to a deluxe suite for free. The 370 yuan with breakfast can also live in the suite. It is also considered to make up for the lack of security checks like entering and leaving the hotel aisle every day. Right!
