還可以，離海邊很近，樓下吃的也很多，實現了生蠔自由。可以去小桂綠道騎車環海，然後小朋友可以在海邊趕海。

入住那兩天恰好降溫得利害，而酒店有暖氣，很舒服。

房內有廁所臭味。人生住過各類平貴酒店從來未見過酒店住房竟然沒有雪柜。check-in 第一天見到三個工作人員各自看手机也不樂意回答問題，見到當時根本沒有其他客人正在繁忙中，完全是沈迷於懶散的服務心態。另外訂單本來明確註明是25樓的海景房，服務員堅持只預留較低樓層的房間，後來又推出各种理由叫我取消原本訂單一定要加錢才可以安排到27樓住房~~整體服務態度非常差勁。其實今次共住2晚酒店共有2間住房，除了每間住房只提供一張門咭甚為不便，在要求加收按金40元情況下才各自得到額外一張門咭。在第二天晚上回到酒店房門又不能拍咭進入房內，再要折返大堂通知櫃枱員工及再確認房間的付款紀錄是3天2晚之後，才可以憑門咭入房。這種酒店被評為三級的話肯定是個大騙子。

住過幾間維也納確比以前進步了很多.設施裝修翻新, 冷氣也用美的. 前台服務員非常有禮貌熱誠.
唯是多間房內掛上外籍女士畫像, 感覺有點不自然..好像被定盯著的樣子. 建議掛一些風景圖像等會更舒適.
