訂的是B棟的甄選湖畔雙床，位於一樓樓層，但那裡停車後被車遮住後景色啥都看不到，然後要求換到2樓的湖景房，當時平台訂湖畔房比2樓的湖景房便宜幾十塊，但要求換房缺被要求補差價，前台態度一般般，而且大堂那些都比較老舊，上世紀幾十年代的風格，一股黴味；後來説了一大輪才換到了2樓。噁心的是房間瓶裝水喝完了找前台拿居然還要收費！3塊錢，250ml的瓶裝水。最過分的是房間居然有蟑螂！有蟑螂！有蟑螂！直接天花板掉到身上面！找前台處理，態度推脱，沒有任何處理結果！下次不會再來了！

設施：中秋住的也是這個房間，但是幾天後再住發現廁所地漏返臭很嚴重，抽風都沒有辦法抽走那個下水道的味道。電視可以用投屏看劇，現在摸索終於學會用投屏了。
環境：雖然説湖景房，但是窗户外面是可以停車的，所以湖景房的景觀也就那樣吧。
服務：下午4點左右景區門口的停車場大排長龍，然後跟交警説了是住店的，賓館有停車位也不肯放行，繞了一大圈回來後，打電話給賓館，賓館讓保安叔叔出來帶我們進去了，這個服務我真的要點贊，重點保安叔叔的態度還很好。

在西湖裡邊，老式酒店，窗台能看到湖，安靜，沒有電梯，還好衹在二樓，晚上西湖燈光漂亮，附近有一條食街。逛逛西湖，到對面划船（對面划船有團購）。

房間是我喜歡的復古風，旅遊必住，前台小妹漂亮大方，熱情又主動，有一種回家的感覺，打掃阿姨也很親切細心…一出酒店就是小有名氣的打卡街道“祝屋巷”，那條街什麼吃的都有…對面還有一個有名的寺廟“元妙觀”…轉個彎就到西湖景區非常方便…

環境很好 就在西湖邊 旁邊就是大排檔一條街 出行遊玩都很方便。房間很舒服 床單乾淨 但是床褥不乾爽有點潮 床墊不軟不硬還不錯；隔音效果不好 老房子了儘管室內裝修得還不錯。服務態度很好。總是忘記拍照 以後得先拍照再入住

酒店在惠州西湖邊上，景觀無敵，非常好。酒店一樓的茶樓午餐時間人很多，據説是惠州最好的點心茶樓之一，酒店設施比較老舊了，勝在環境好，總之可以選擇。

餐廳環境可以但味道一般，套房很大，進西湖遊玩很方便，可享受免費停車，而且停車位多。訂的B棟二樓的商務套房，窗户大，躺在床上都能觀湖景，衹是房間內的設施一般，有的設計不太合理，裝修工人的素質太差，中間隔門竟然被定位器擋住關不了，這是見過的最奇葩的裝修，另外浴室與房間之間的玻璃竟然沒簾子，除了中間是毛玻璃，上下是透的

環境無可挑剔，就在西湖旁邊，不過因為這邊樓層比較矮，看湖的話就是眼前比較多吧，但也是周邊位置最好的了。
老式老賓館設備就那樣吧，不要有太高的預期。
但晚上真的是安靜，能聽到青蛙的聲音。
