酒店整體感覺還是比較大氣的 房間佈局和設施比較專業床上用品品質過硬，雖然房間辦公桌稍微偏小，並不影響整體評價。前台服務意識熱情，前台經理熱情大方 大堂配套也對得起300多塊的價位。隔壁湘菜比較加分 宴請客户面子裡子都有。

酒店還是比較新的，就是部分住客素質比較差。
衞生：入住的第一個房間，發現一大袋外賣垃圾放在沙發後面，這個住客是居於啥考慮呢，玩吶？跟服務員玩躲貓貓呀？ok，前台很好，第一時間是叫機器人給我送來另一間房的房卡（可能是他們腿腳不方便上不來處理？或者是見怪不怪了？）
你以為事情到這裏就結束啦？？？我獨自走向第二個房間，打開房門迎面撲來的是一陣陣的檳榔味，不出意外的話就是出意外了，窗簾底下3個吐掉的檳榔殼，看成色應該就風乾了。請問這個住客，你又是咋想的呢？那垃圾桶你不吐，那桌面你不吐，你吐在犄角旮旯裏？這貨能辟邪嗎？
這會終於有人過來了，終於不是那冷冰冰的機器人了！阿姨人挺好，説要給我升級更好的房間（我還能信嗎），還是讓阿姨撿走了3個風化的檳榔殼，我就湊合的住下吧。。。。嘿～剛往床上一坐，檳榔大哥竟然跟我玩起了捉迷藏，它躲在牀頭櫃底下呢，驚不驚喜，刺不刺激。這或許是檳榔主題房啦，可惜我不好這口，謝絕。
又和阿姨見面了，説要給我升級套房，這我哪敢要啊，那麼大面積，藏的東西豈不定更多，婉拒，最後終於住下了預訂等級的房間了，感謝各位前任住客的驚喜。
酒店的硬件設施還是不錯的，價格也很合理，頗有性價比。就是處理問題的方式很糟糕，服務跟不上硬件。
發生這種事情的第一時間，客户見到的竟然是機器人，讓客户自己拿卡換房間；
另外處理住客不滿的方式簡單粗暴，入住後兩次敲門，1次送早餐券，1次是一盤水果，通通婉拒，畢竟事情發生的時候你不來，事後拿這些來打發人，衹會適得其反，好好提升一下服務吧，加油。

如果想體驗被跳蚤慘咬的滋味就住這家酒店，可想而知衞生情況，慎慎慎！
為了節約用電，酒店把空調主機温度設定很高，不怕熱的可以去試試

攜程寫着下午2點退房，中午12點被前台打電話叫醒説我們有旅行社要求退房，9月13號上班這男性前台，你怕是*****，你用商量的語氣態度，客户都能接受，命令式態度還不好，酒店人員需要好好培訓

客觀評價，從公共設施和公攤面積來看，房間面積和衞生環境還是值回價格的。
但我要吐槽的是設施和服務！！！
作為一個惠州工作日一晚要388的中高檔酒店，房間最起碼要保證安靜吧！房間是1019，半夜1點房間儀器聲音太大打電話給客服（沒找到電話，後來告訴我叫小度可以打電話給前台，為啥不在房間做個提示卡？）要求上門解決，客服説打電話問問，凌晨2點半叫小度給前台打電話，很久才接，前台説問了很多人都不上門解決……
這個房間因為臨街，所以車流聲和儀器設備聲音很大，睡覺要求高的千萬不要住！！！

我訂了兩間房，希望安排在同一樓層。下午1：30到店，因暫時沒房，衹開了一間，要求服務員開好另一間後通知我。結果是我3：30後去前台催促的情況下才在4：30拿到另一間房。酒店規定的最遲退房時間是2：00。説明服務員沒把客人的要求當回事，毫無服務意識，令人失望。
