差評、差評，差評。
本來開開心心的從廣州過來玩兩天的，回去時心情也很好的，今天八點多退房，九點開車出停車場時車子出去要收停車費，當時有點納悶了，辦理入住時我有交15元的停車費可以停24小時的，出去時要收費就給前台打電話工作人員説到前台那停車券就可以出去了，去到前台工作人員又説等幾分鐘她打電話給物業説等下就可以出去了，叫我把車子開到停車出口哪裡等會，前後等了半個小時還沒解決好還讓我在哪裡等，説酒店的工作人員過來停車出口處理，***磨磨蹭蹭的走過來還説等物業回覆了才可以開出去，這點小問題都要搞半個小時，保安跟我説他們酒店一個月都有五、六次這樣的問題出現服了，耽誤我時間處理問題的態度也磨磨蹭蹭，差評。

其差無比，
服務：第一：酒店一般都會有兩瓶水，這個酒店沒有，
第二，我真的是不知道為什麼連那麼明顯的垃圾也看不見，馬桶也不刷一下？因為當天到了比較晚，當時酒店並沒有在房間準備有一次性拖鞋，我真的第一次看見酒店拖鞋那麼多灰塵！都不想穿，當天晚上打電話過去酒店，説能不能送4雙一次性拖鞋上來（因為住兩晚兩個人，想着洗澡剛剛好換穿）酒店服務人員：您好我們這邊拖鞋是兩雙，一個房間；並説不能提供送上樓服務，我剛剛好點了外賣，我説讓外賣員順便拿，就説一般外賣都不送上樓的！好我的內心想着剛剛好一起拿，結果外賣上來了，為什麼那麼篤定外賣不送上樓呢？之後的我點的外賣並沒有刻意叮囑也都送上來啊？第二天我去拿拖鞋也是，不情不願的給我這個拖鞋是黃金拖鞋嗎？
設施：是電熱水器，還要等半個小時燒才有熱水😂😂
一點也不像新開業的，到處都很臟！

酒店下了樓就是海邊，房間裏面的風景也很不錯都能看到海 這兩天剛好天氣好 去玩沙子也很合適 酒店服務都很不錯 前台接待態度也很好 下次有機會跟朋友一起來。

酒店服務很好周到。看我帶小孩多還幫忙拿行李，沖一點必須好評。一進房間很驚喜，推開窗户就是正面海景，下樓出去就是沙灘！衞生巾都是乾濕分離。很方便，價格性價比高。

從老家過來到廣東巽寮灣過來旅遊，對於我們內地人來講，看見大海是多麼美好，在攜程定了酒店，非常的完美，環境好，有花園，有大海，離沙灘好近，酒店服務很耐心，基本就是有求必應，感謝酒店員工地付出，我i們現在去深圳玩，有機會再過來😊😊😊😊

房間很乾凈舒適，床單被罩都是新的，wifi也不卡，空調製熱也不錯，一點也不冷，洗浴設施也很全，下次還會來這家酒店！！

酒店環境非常好，設施很新，離沙灘很近，海景很美。定了兩間房，一間行政套房一間大床房，大床房也被老闆免費升級成了行政套房，且貼心的安排兩間房挨在一起，感恩
一點不好的是前台沒有服務意識，由於帶長者出行，中午需要休息，希望能幫忙協調一間房提前入住，前台的態度很差，説訂房的時候就寫的2點入住，我們表示已知道入住時間，但如果有提前空出來的一個房間能否幫忙提前安排，依然冷臉不理。後面老闆得知情況幫我們安排了提前入住，建議可以給前台服務人員再培訓一下，作為對接客人的第一道門面至關重要，望改善，祝生意興隆

房間總體環境還可以，落地窗視野挺好，房間滿足基本配置，屬於公寓式，樓下出小區就是沙灘，還有個麥當勞，挺方便的；不足就是早餐比較差，不是專屬餐廳，衞生也不太好，東西少，有點掉價，另外房間沒有一次性拖鞋，很不方便，也沒有擦臉毛巾。
