I booked six rooms, two hot spring rooms, and four villa rooms. The front desk said that the order for the hot spring room could not be found. I called Ctrip. The customer service attitude was very good. They said that they would reply to me within 15 minutes. Helped me to deal with it, and gave corresponding compensation. Julong has a good environment. There is a water world in the hot springs, which children like. There is also Songguo Tribe and Happy Garden. It is a paradise for children. It is a resort. There are many people on holidays. Food needs to be booked. Cleaning is very slow. Room cards are basically available. I can’t give it on time, the hardware facilities are okay, and the service experience is very poor, especially the girl with short hair at the front desk, slow in action and poor attitude, and the service attitude, I don’t want to give a star
