聚龍小鎮建設得好，酒店的硬件也不錯。雖然規模小點，但體驗感還行。訂了兩間別墅區的房間，三樓有大露台相連，面向温泉區，視野很好。温泉區池子少了點，主打一個小巧玲瓏。唯一的槽點就是餐廳的自助太弱，春節期間人多正是該推廣的時候也不捨得下本。

服務不是説的越好聽越好，而是，在你有需要幫助時，他們早已為你想到並幫你完美解決。 我們入住那天，小朋友有點不舒服，前台馬上就看到了，並詢問是否需要到醫院或去葯店？並安排了車子送我們去買葯，第二天小朋友發燒了，馬上送我們去醫院，一直到各種檢查結果出來，又送我們回酒店，餐廳服務員也一直噓寒問暖，盡最大努力滿足我們小病號的餐食，雖然，我們這此沒享受到温泉水的温暖，但我們全身心都是温噯的，我們帶着滿滿的都是愛，離開了酒店離開了惠安，聚龍温泉公園酒店，我們還會再來

春節出來旅遊，去完泉州來住的。房間不錯，有獨立泡池，公共泡池環境也不錯。吃了早餐在院子裏溜達了一圈，環境不錯。房間裏很暖和。服務態度好。方便停車。

酒店人員素質很高，環境清幽。温泉中午十二點開放，到晚上十點閉館。二十幾口温泉衞生環境也很棒。記得帶上泳帽，如果要體驗水療池的話。

1.作為一個温泉度假酒店，不管你是住店或者衹是單純進去泡温泉，浴袍浴巾都衹有一條，如果不小心弄濕了，想換一條，浴袍10元浴巾3元！！！ 2.入住後面的湯屋別墅一定要問清楚在幾樓，比如93213房間，不是9樓、不是3樓、更不是2樓，而是沒有電梯的5樓！！！行李多又帶娃的話真的會哭。 3.誰家好度假酒店早上9點半早餐就沒有了！周邊也沒有外賣，為了不餓肚子設了個鬧鐘起來吃早飯！

酒店位置好，周邊環境不錯，很安靜，房間不小，房內設施齊備，部分牆面和吊頂有返潮的痕跡，泡温泉方便，早餐簡單，整體來説還不錯
