The first time I went to Zhuzhou on a business trip, I directly chose the Wyndham Hotel Chain with very good service. Stayed for two days. The overall comfort experience was great and the room was upgraded. The functional area in the room is clearly divided, the living room, the office seat (three people work at the same time no problem), and the independent room. When I asked the front desk for help in the afternoon, the front desk customer service beauty Liu Wenya and Wu Suqian were very active and proactive in assisting, and the details were full. There is also an unexpected detail. On August 11, the room attendant on the 8th floor of the afternoon, (not yet known the name) helped me wash my socks and returned to the hotel to see the message. The hotel is nice. I upgraded to a king bed room with river view. I feel that the decoration of the hotel has a Chinese aesthetic feel to my taste and is very cost-effective. Maybe it’s because of the five-star rating in third- and fourth-tier cities. I hope there is room for improvement in terms of service. (1) There is no robot to deliver the items you ordered. It is very inconvenient to go to the lobby to pick them up by yourself every time. (2) There is no bell boy to help carry the luggage, and the door is very heavy. It's not an automatic door, so I was hit twice when I entered and exited. (3) The lobby is a bit small; but overall it is good. I will stay here again next time I go to Zhuzhou
