Best location in Hue, well educated, English-speaking staff, if the reception is crowded with French customers, the reception ends while drinking tea on the waiting sofa, Receive the key and guide to the room. The rooms are clean and quiet from the veranda overlooking the Perfume River over the palm trees. Take a break with welcome lychee and nuts. The restaurant is the best hospitality and food, certainly expensive from the average of Hue, but it is an order according to the hall staff chief and the advice. The food is good and the wine is good. I had the best hospitality to my wife. After returning to the room, you can spend a relaxing cocktail time on the veranda, looking at the royal palace and flag lit up over the Perfume River, and spending time without saying anything until your rest. It was the best hotel for the elderly.

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!

The hotel is very close to the Xiangjiang River, you can take a walk nearby to enjoy the scenery/night view. Some nearby businesses/restaurants affected by the epidemic are not open. The cost of the rickshaw I took is VND100,000 for a round trip. If not specified, the itinerary is led by the driver. When getting off the bus, the driver strongly recommends tipping more. The shopping recommended by the driver is not worthy of reference. The sound insulation of the hotel room is not very good. If there are noisy guests living nearby, it may affect the rest. The service staff is kind, and the options provided for breakfast are not bad, perhaps because there are fewer guests affected by the epidemic.

I would like to share my positive experience organizing my trip with Anna from Soleil Hotel in Hue. Hotel was great from all Perspektive location/price/breakfast. I have special wishes and complex travel plan, in 1.5 days I want see a lot and can not get good support unless I find this team. Anna organized pickup, managed all my journey including laundry, early hosting and take care of me during traveling. In additional she organized Scooter. This is just excellent. Highly recommend! Nice part of town and close walking distance to many places such as walking street, vincom, river and much more. A bit of history if you look really close and experience something unique. Breakfast was ok and rooms are a bit dated but that's the charm of the hotel. Gym could be upgraded as only one treadmill that didn't work and one bike that wasn't plugged in. Universal exercise machine must have been as old as the hotel but all in all good value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I turned up after a huge ride in the rain and as soon as l arrived (still raining) the staff came out and helped me straight away. They could see that l was soaking wet, cold and tired and they just checked me in straight away and even took my bags up to my room and hung my jackets up to dry. They couldn’t have been more helpful and everyday they made me feel so welcome. I was only booked in for a night tho l stayed 3nights in a large corner room which was great size with a huge TV which had many English channels. There is abit of construction going on outside tho it didn’t bother me. For the price and location l would highly recommend.

The location is more than 10 minutes walk from Hue Imperial City. The hotel facilities are average and the space is quite large. The biggest highlight of this hotel is breakfast. We went south from northern Vietnam all the way and lived in 8 hotels. Their breakfast was very good. It can be compared with the domestic quasi-five-star, it must be more than the domestic four-star. Some practical points: First, if you are in a hurry, do n’t stay in Hue, take a night shift from Hanoi, arrive in the morning, and walk around the imperial city for a long time (small scale, more damaged), take a car in the afternoon Go to Danang! 2. Remember not to ask the front desk to help you buy tickets for new coffee buses, train tickets, etc. Remember to remember! They are normally doubled as tips. Third, in Vietnam, you can bargain, how much you can cut, directly cut in half, I do not ask for a meter, ask how much money, and then bargain.

The Perfume River is within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy with all necessary facilities. There is also a lift to access all floors so it is good for all ages. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included in the room price but it can be purchased at a minimal cost from the reception. This hotel is great value and guarantees an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
