Family is really nice and kind. Perfect service, nice and spacious rooms. Lam took us on the trip, nothing is a problem for him. Lovely breakfast. They invited us to celebrate their own business, it was really awesome, lot of delicious food! Love it all!

Lam and My are a wonderful couple running their friendly family Homestay. If you want a typical western hotel this is not for you …. but for charm and care of their guests it cannot be beaten. My cooks the breakfast and the choice and quality is superb. Our room was open, clean, with comfortable beds and quality bedding. There is good strong wi-fi, air conditioning if needed and fridge. Lovely to sit out on the balcony and have a few beers. Nothing is too much trouble. We took up Lam’s offer to drive us to see some of the best parts of Hue - well thought out itineraries to fit our interests and level of fitness. We would like to thank Lam, My and their two boys for welcoming us into their family. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was excellent and the host also catered to our wishes. He once made us the famous Pho Bo soup with crab meat, which was very tasty. The tours offered by the host Lam are also excellent. For example, we went to a market in the countryside, which we really enjoyed. He speaks fluent English. Communication went smoothly.

The service standard of a 5-star hotel. Mr. Lam and his wife run an extraordinary homestay. The rooms are big and clean, have everything you need. The location is absolutely great - only a few steps from the center of Hue, but in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The beds are extremely comfortable and what's super important for us that it's quiet at night. Breakfasts are amazing - not only home made, but you get more as you can eat. Mr. Lam and his wife are great hosts who not only care about the guests' good sleep, but also about seeing the best of Hue. They helped us to organize a visit to the most important attractions in area. On site we had bicycles, scooters, but also a car with Mr. Lam as a great guide around the area. Absolutely wonderful experience and wonderful hosts. Lam Homestay is a much better option than the hotels in the city center where I had the opportunity to stay before.

Very clean establishment, friendly helpful proprietor. Absolutely scrumptious breakfast. As a solo woman traveller I felt safe and well looked after. The owners went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, and I was there three nights. Highly recommended.

It was really excellent, very clean, excellent food, spacious room, excellent service. Mr Tam and his wife running the place with huge of kindness and hospitality. At one night they served us with delicious local food dinner which was cooked by them without any charge. Mr Tam take us with his car to explore the country side. Visiting villages and enjoying from local producers of Vietnamese hats (Nonla Hue) and the Banh Tet - sticky rice using only for special holidays once a year.

Amazing stay with Lam and his family. Best hospitality we have experienced in Vietnam. The room was very big with comfortable bed, with balcony and was extremely clean, fridge and kettle included in room. We were able to use the kitchen facilities to cook if needed and Lam was on had to show me where everything was. Breakfast was really big and on our last day, we were given a take away lunch to have at the airport. Location was 25 minute walk to the citadel and also to the market We were also given a complementary dinner here, which was a seafood Vietnamese soup and was really delicious!! Lam also brought us to the airport and was far cheaper than the taxis/grab. Lam is full of knowledge and was able to guide us ( and other guests) in depth about buses, and tour options in the North of Vietnam. Amazing value for money. Would highly recommend staying here.

My friend and I wanted to do a motorbike trip from Hue to Hoi An but weren’t sure how to go on about it. Lam was incredibly kind and helped us to find great quality bikes and gave us many info to organize the trip details, where to spend the night, what to see and do. The room was spacious and bright with balcony and street view. Breakfast was yummy.
