酒店於3月開業，由於太平湖沿湖的酒店均已關閉，又不想住民宿，於是選擇了漫心府，湖景房驚艷到了我，3天內不同時間段不同天氣，欣賞到了不一樣的景色，必須手動點贊，贊一個👍。
因為是新開的酒店，所以對服務質量還是不抱太大的希望，可是從停車（自駕可以停車在遊客服務中心大停車場內），到幫忙提行李，到辦理入住，都讓人出乎意料的滿意，對酒店前台必須打6星好評……

臨時安排的行程，意外的訂到了這家酒店，沒想到出人意料的好！酒店位於太平湖度假區客服中心旁邊，非常方便，內部設施齊全，乾淨衞生，7樓的露台可以一覽無餘的看到遊船碼頭，還可以欣賞日出日落，我們幸運的拍到了絕美的落日餘暉，超棒！感謝客服經理胡靜的熱情接待，還為我們升級了湖景房，窗外是萬頃碧波，湖面開闊平靜，房間內舒適寬敞，飲料果盤一應俱全，處處都彰顯着酒店的用心！
太平湖度假區自然風光旖旎，湖水清澈，可以乘坐遊船觀島，可以租快艇馳騁湖面，還有好多水上項目，真的是度假休閑的好去處。
時間緊張，衹玩了一天，以後再來吧！

酒店總體感覺很好，從進門的前台到住房的客房還有餐廳，都給人感覺跟專業。本是去九華山的，高速開過了就想着乾脆玩一玩太平湖就選擇了漫心府。感覺很不錯，唯一有點遺憾的就是酒店剛裝修沒多久有點味道，但是耐不住工作人員的熱情服務，尤其前台小俞～下次有機會還會再選擇這家店。推薦～

新開的酒店，一切都是新的，服務超讚，週日晚上酒店已經沒有什麼客人了，但服務人員一點折扣都不打，在餐廳吃的晚餐，廚師和服務人員為我們一家人服務。早餐也沒有因為客人少而糊弄。服務員熱情周到。從此愛上漫新府。退房還有伴手禮。

一開始是預訂的另一家酒店，但是是公寓式的，個人不太喜歡這種類型。因為環保等方面特殊原因，湖區有很多酒店關閉，正好在攜程上看見這家酒店，遂重新預訂了這家。考慮到漫心是華住旗下的品牌，相信大品牌的一貫水準，個人認為在太平湖景區算top3級別的了。硬件來看，酒店是24.3月才開業的，充電座有A口和C口，馬桶也是帶加熱、紫外線消毒的電動馬桶，全屋智能水平不錯，吹風機是萊芬的，使用感受很不錯；服務來看：辦理入住前酒店前台就會打電話諮詢行程，一到門口就有人幫忙拿行李，check in時有茶水，還有歡迎水果。尤其要表揚下酒店胡靜、娩清兩位工作人員，小孩有點發熱，溝通後提前把額温槍放置於房間內，退房時還贈送了小禮品，並且幫忙搬運行李，全程都很真誠、熱情、專業。

非常nice的一家酒店，一進到酒店大廳就有一種回到家的感覺，服務人員非常熱情，讓我們感覺很親切，辦理入住也非常高效便捷，辦理完成後前台管家幫助我們拿行李送我們進房間，房間乾淨整潔，酒店的早餐也很豐盛美味，最值得點讚的還是前廳的服務，進進出出都會主動問候，全國各地住了這麼多酒店，太平湖的漫心府真的讓我終身難忘，一定會推薦給來黃山旅遊的每一個親戚朋友。👍👍👍

本來想訂另外一家民宿但是沒有我想要的房型了，臨時定了這家還很失望，但是從看到大門開始就感覺整個還挺高檔的，是三月才開的新店，酒店環境整個都非常乾淨！服務也很好！幫我們免費升級房型！前台的小姐姐們都好好～還送了我們景區門票可惜棧道在維修沒辦法進去了🙁能在景區裏住到這麼好的環境還有這麼貼心的服務真的很幸運！強推！！

酒店的管家服務真是讓我驚呆，從進門到出門，前台的微笑問候，熱情處理各種問題，突然下大雨很多行李前台的小姐姐扛着行李從停車場搬運酒店 我們都淋濕了，前台還給我們送了薑茶，很是感激，辦好入住房間很大很乾凈，樓頂有個書吧我很喜歡，第二天的早餐也好吃😋吃完早餐管家就把我們約了太平湖，送了門票，介紹了整個太平湖的遊玩攻略，很是輕鬆＋快樂的行程。走的時候管家還給我們一袋零食，很是貼心。
