座落在豐富生態環境內，擁抱大自然！我們住別墅區，都有服務人員用高爾夫球車接送，服務態度很好！解說人員也很盡心想提供美好大自然體驗！
硬體及戶外泡湯較舊，讓想戶外享受溫泉的旅客失落！
在園區內住宿用早餐自助餐，就是標準的早餐自助餐，服務人員服務態度佳，可惜麵筋壞了未注意到食安，有點可惜！

我們一家四口，因為大娃15小娃11，專門定了四人房，到酒店前台辦入住時，説我們一家四口不能入住，兩個小孩兩天要加五千台幣，真的好坑，要不是大老遠跑過來，我肯定要退掉的，在台灣也住過幾次五星酒店了，第一次遇到這種情況，號稱温泉度假村村，開放的池子一共五個，還有兩個是冷水的，一個大一點的按摩池水質很差，房間也一般般，細長的長方形，13000兩天的價位（加補的18000），性價比太差了，前台辦入住的胖大姐態度也很差。

在花蓮富源國家森林遊樂區，蝴蝶谷溫泉渡假村內，有健行步道（環山步道、沿溪步道）、有戶外泡湯水療池、烤箱、蒸氣室，蝴蝶滿山滿谷。森林綠意盎然，很讓人放鬆。

飯店在森林公園中很安靜，園內住宿區到主館或戶外溫泉區有高爾夫球車接送很方便，可惜此趟旅程中部分步道正在整修，所以無法繞全區步道，但環境很天然，自然景觀很美，園內環境維護的也很不錯，適合定點旅遊

餐點一般, 晚餐比早餐豐盛, 但以這間度假村的價格來說餐點的水準算是可以了, 且這間度假村主要的訴求並不是美食而是來體驗生態與放鬆, 所以吃的部份並不宜過度苛求, 但內部環境及步道設施非常棒, 原住民為主的服務人員人數不多卻非常熱心及週到, 相當不錯的度假地點, 適合連住兩晚或以上以便好好體驗園區環境, 若只住一晚的話就太可惜了。
