酒店位置挺好，附近餐廳超市都有，挺方便，有免費停車場！接待美女和帥哥都很熱情，大堂明亮，房間寬敞，舒適整潔，充滿温馨氣息，床和舒適，入住體驗非常滿意！另外早餐種類挺多，吃飽沒問題😊到底是5星級，房間很大，還有衣帽間，馬桶是全自動的，有自助洗衣房和健身房，入住體驗非常滿意！

春節返鄉路過懷化，衝著這家離高速路近就訂了，包茂高度下來一會兒就到了。而且有大床+單床的房型，不用三個人擠一張大床。進入酒店沒想到十分驚喜，裝修大氣上檔次，房間面積寬敞，乾淨衞生。美中不足是淋浴間花灑老是會擺動。早餐品種也挺多。如果有機會會再來住的。

房間非常大，高層很安靜，智能馬桶，冬天上廁所不冰屁股。但走廊隔音不太好，還有些小細節不太好，比如：被套破兩個洞，衞生間燈帶失靈無法關閉睡眠期間也亮着，電視機打開的時候會自動把全屋的燈光都關閉一次再亮起。

酒店給人很温馨噢，前台小姐姐服務都很不錯。特別是管家小亞小姐姐，服務很熱情。房間也很舒適。有衣帽間，觀景台。衞生也很乾凈，下次有機會再來。

酒店設施齊全，空間也很大，房間乾淨整潔，酒店旁邊就有許多吃的。酒店的早餐也很豐盛，前台小姐姐也很有耐心。連住了幾天，客房服務也很到位。後面去玩，還是會首選。

第一次去懷化出差，在附近看到這家酒店高端大氣，評價也不錯 價格很合適，就選擇了這家，沒踩坑，前台小蘋果靚女服務態度很好，知道我們從廣東過去，還暖心推薦了附近的美食 遊玩地點，温差較大 提醒我們添衣，很可惜這次是來出差，懷化是個好地方，下次一定好好玩
