酒店所處地理位置特別便利，周邊小吃街很繁華，館內環境古樸典雅安靜，房間衞生特別乾淨，晚飯後散步發現酒店還有超大的室外籃球場地，太讚了，夢迴十年前學生時代的感覺，服務員態度很好，晚上還贈送了小水果，價格也很合理，性價比超高，一次非常滿意的入住體驗，下次還來住！

客房乾淨整潔、舒適。前台接待人員熱情周到，保潔員認真負責，傍晚還給送酸奶及第二天早上的歺卷。早餐品種多樣，味道也不錯，服務人員都非常熱情。酒店距懷化火車站很近，去南站也很方便。酒店門前就是公交車站，多條線路、出行非常方便。酒店院內停車泊位很多，停幾十台車沒問題。

我一般很少點評的，但這次我亳不吝嗇給了妥妥的五星好評，剛進大堂就是一片熱鬧景象，是一個團隊入住，我到前台登記，前台小姐姐也沒有因為接待那麼多人而怠慢我，始終保持着微笑熱情接待了我，因為第一次入住，酒店樓棟多，前台小姐姐還熱情指引我所住的房間，房間雖然看起來年待已久，但進入房間的笫一印象非常乾淨，衞生，整潔！設施齊全。碰到打掃衞生的阿姨也很熱情禮貌和我打招呼，晚上還贈送了酸奶，非常貼心！酒店還有一個院子，停車散步非常方便，環境非常好，交通，購物也非常方便，離火車站也超近，這是我入住酒店體驗感超級棒的一次，下次還要來，值得推薦！

隔了幾年來，衞生還是那麼乾淨，服務還是一樣熱情，感覺很親切，洗了衣服外出回來時，發現服務員寫了留言給拿出去曬，真的很貼心，酒店還可以免費停車，環境不錯，園林酒店，院內還可以散步。設備雖陳舊了一點，但整潔完。性價比高，非常棒，值得推薦。

房間不是很大，衞生比較乾淨，沒有馬桶，是蹲坑，如果介意的話要慎重，停車場是在院子裏面，非常方便，早餐也還可以，前台服務入住比退房時態度要好，穿紅衣服比穿黑衣服素質要高，對應酒店價格，臨時住一宿，性價比還是不錯的。
