It is near the high speed rail station and the hotel arranged a pick up from the station to the hotel. All in I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The amenities provided by the hotel is excellent. The room is very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast (if included) is excellent and the price reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel the next time I visit HuaiHua.

The best part by far was that they have dryers!!! As an American living in China I've missed having soft, machine dried clothes. They have a completely free self serve laundry room. The room was clean and stocked with all necessities and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff were very nice and offered me hot tea and water everytime I was in the lobby. Its about a 20 minute walk from Huaihua South train station, but other than that the location is unremarkable. Overall I would stay at an Atour hotel in the future.

The hotel is very near to the high speed train station and has the transportation service to pick and drop from/to the station. The hotel is very clean and has Smart Control on the curtain. The design and decoration are modern and warm. The pillow is extremely soft and comfortable to sleep. No worries on the water pressure as it is high enough. :) Overall thumbs up and I will stay again if I’m back to HuaiHua high speed train station.

Yesterday, the room price was consistent with the picture. I was passing through Huaihua during the Spring Festival and ordered Atour. It was not bad. The breakfast was good. The rice noodles were in soup stock and tasted delicious.

這是我在所有城市中目前遇到的服務最好的亞朵酒店，進店的感覺就很滿意，環境優美，等待區讓提前到達的我們感到時間過得飛快，前台的小哥哥特別友善，這是我的第一印象。入住後準備出門打車，前台菲菲跟過來説下雨了，可以開車送我們出門，這樣我很詫異，旅行很多城市，第一次有人“主動”服務，這讓我感覺特別温暖，“酒店的硬件設施設備是大家都可以達到的，而軟件的服務不是人人都能做到。”這讓我在懷化這座城市有了安全感，以至於對於我這樣一個出門必須充電寶和手機有電的人，當夜像在家一樣很放鬆，沒有着急的充電。酒店設施完善，細節很好，比如：床頭櫃上有智能手機反向充電、usb接口充電、智能電動窗簾、機器人送餐…更重要的是二樓的免費洗衣房，洗烘功能強大，不需要等待太久，而且服務人員會主動將沒時間烘的衣服烘乾後送回房間，洗衣機非常乾淨，讓挑剔的我非常滿意。今天退房時，又是工作人員將我們送離了酒店，讓我感覺“賓至如歸”！非常推薦這家酒店，不是因為它的硬件設施，真的是因為服務非常暖心！感恩！

本次住宿非常滿意。剛下火車就接到電話問是否要接站，賓至如歸的感覺。酒店位於高鐵南站附近，每半小時有車接送，非常方便，服務也非常棒。酒店1樓大廳可以看書，2樓有24小時洗衣房和健身房，以及餐廳，房間隔音也不錯，睡的很好。下次來的話，還會選擇這裏。

説實在的，火車南站周邊同樣價位的酒店不少，點評排在靠前的也很多。但我們在拆坑多次之後，抱着踩坑的心態選擇了亞朵。首先火車站接送車、保安下次搶着拉行李，就讓我們有點感覺到服務的態度；偶然之間，聽到有洗衣服務，我們一口氣把全家兩天的臟衣服都送洗了，服務員夜間幫忙分類洗完、烘乾、疊好，第二天一早6點前給放在房間門口，這換在五星級酒店至少要大幾百塊洗衣費。這對悶熱天氣出行的全家來説是個天大的福音。房間的枕頭我喜歡一個高枕和一個低的記憶枕的搭配，抱高枕、枕低枕，舒胡。

環境：優美，大廳有舒緩的音樂，舒適的沙發和適合辦公的桌子。衹要進入大廳就是有小姐姐奉茶，一杯亞朵村的熱茶暖身又暖心住宿：房間簡約，空間大。裏面的設施設備齊全，還有很多細節真的很棒，有全屋智能哦，很方便餐飲：到了晚上九點半還有深夜粥到。不想出門又不想點外賣就可以在二樓用餐，喝點粥還不怕胖☺️ 服務：進門就能感受到熱情，從辦入住開始心情就很愉快。走到哪遇到服務員都是主動熱情的打招呼。

設施：房間是智能控制，床墊睡起來也很舒服，室內燈光非常標準，光明透亮。床頭酒店還有磁吸充電功能，非常驚訝特別棒。特別對於出差沒有充電器的朋友是一個不小的驚喜。衞生：床品乾淨衞生，衞生間沒有不乾淨的水漬，洗手枱潔凈如新。環境：離高鐵站很近，周圍也沒有任何阻擋物，出門就可以坐車且車輛很多。隔音特別好，我説住的房間就臨街除了個別司機的大分貝按喇叭之外其他還好。服務：前台服務熱情，主動上前打招呼，管家會到一杯茶水，熱情的幫辦理入住，這次亞朵還是讓我挺意外的，意外的是服務好多了。
