環境：大廳有下午茶，房間有小零食，入住還送牛奶，環境不錯，很安靜

怎麼説呢！完全沒有服務，訂的一間大床，晚上十點到的本來想洗漱一下早點休息，結果進去房間一股味道就算了，被子掀開，墊子上面血漬，還有頭髮看得清清楚楚。衞生間頭髮水漬垃圾就更不用説了。簡直了！然後來了一個阿姨也沒説什麼，覺得很正常，撥前台電話也是服務很不好根本沒有意識到問題，就衹是詢問給您換間房吧。想想算了趕一天路衹想早點休息也沒説其他的。真的很憋屈。想想完全沒有服務沒有品質。

真是無語死了，家裡洗澡不方便，想着開個鐘點房洗洗的。去的時候特意跟前台説來洗澡的，問她水行不行？大不大？得到肯定回答才在這定的鐘點房的。結果倒好！！！淋浴開關不管怎麼調都是一下子很燙一下子很涼，忽冷忽熱，完全不能用。打前台電話告訴我們他們自己就是這麼用的，真是沒見過這樣的，還説最近有問題，過幾天會修。那為什麼我剛來問能不能洗的時候不説有這個問題呢？
