我們住的是特價房到店後補款28元調換成雙人無窗的3222號標準間，含早餐房價140元。入住後發現房間裏的換氣扇壞了，不工作，整個房間裏一股味兒，智能馬桶才是壞的，與前台交涉後以無房調換和房間已有動過的痕跡不予處理，強忍着睡了一晚後，第二天早上吃早餐時才知道是二個簡餐盒，感覺很差！

垃圾酒店，從攜程預訂5間房，預訂訊息顯示部分有窗户，到了酒店前台告知從網上定的全部沒有窗户，要窗户需要加錢，而且前台服務態度特別差，感覺歧視從網上訂房的，這麼牛別開網上渠道就是了，強烈不推薦這家酒店.
