老年人至此猶如回老家。不僅硬件設施完善，而且增加了許多回憶。主人夫婦熱情照料，非常親切。地理位置好。門口就是大舞台和奎量？閣。對面是狀元府。著名的文樓在長者的步行範圍之內。淮安人樸實，友愛，沒有太多的商業味。
如果單就我住的單人房而言，絕對不輸五星賓館。至於五星奢侈的部分，我們是不需要了。

民宿位置很好，就在古鎮上。房間設施齊全，跟酒店沒大的區別，隔音效果一般，外面説話聲音基本都能聽見。順便説下，古鎮周邊到處在挖土施工，塵土飛揚。

民宿位置在景區裏面，房間對面就是狀元府，出門五分鐘到吳承恩故居，到文樓大概也就是五六分鐘的樣子，房間是複式結構，雖有不便，但是我們都覺得不是問題。最重要的是無意中發現了老闆娘經營的老虎灶茶舍，對於愛茶的我們真是一大驚喜，古宅的茶舍比民宿多了幾分歲月的厚重，感恩遇見!

乾淨衞生，兩張大床，一家四口住沒問題，對面就是狀元府，離着吳承恩故居也很近，孩子很喜歡。

定的複式房間，和照片完全一樣，下邊是衞生間和一個小廳，上邊是卧室，兩張雙人床，最多可以住四個人，性價比非常好。房間很乾凈，空調暖風很足，晚上也很安靜，睡眠不好的可以放心定。民宿的位置非常好，就在古鎮上，去吳承恩故居和沈坤狀元府都是步行十分鐘之內，附近還有一條竹巷街美食很多。
