這是我第一次住宜尚酒店，我覺得從辦理入住到房間都感覺特別舒心，剛進門前台小姐姐很熱情的打招呼和我確認我的房間，當和我説退房是12點，我覺得有點趕，我就説出我的需求，立刻滿足我幫我免費延遲到兩點，這個太貼心了，到自己樓層對房間位置不熟悉，打掃衞生的阿姨看我找房間，立刻上前問我哪個房間並把我帶到我的房間門口還祝我入住愉快，這個服務態度太棒了，退房時前台小姐姐快速幫我辦理後還告訴掃碼開車出去，一直微笑的看我離開，總體來説在淮安這樣的入住體驗我還是第一次，感覺貼心又暖心，以後衹住他家。

到前台辦理入住，服務人員熱情接待，微笑服務，還給準備了小禮物，有自己的停車場停車很方便，回來晚了，沒有位置了，師傅説停旁邊也給報銷，衹是很貼心，房間很乾凈，整體舒適，酒店位置很便捷，早餐種類不少，口味也很好

去淮安玩選了一個性價比高的酒店住宿。還給我免費升了房間，滿意，離萬達，花街挺近的，非常方便，附近還有個櫻花園，現在很適合去逛逛看櫻花，遺忘在房間的東西也主動詢問並且幫忙寄回，非常感謝！

雙人間的床是比別的酒店大的，帶兩個小孩住在這個裡麪比較方便了，酒店早餐也很豐富，酒店設施比較新，整體乾淨。
離附近景點也比較近，晚上逛逛運河，小吃多，還有小的露營基地。

一個不起眼的前台，雖然態度很好，但不太專業，我以為住了一個私人開的家庭式旅店，不知道你們酒店是不是就沒有專門的制服？一台震耳欲聾的空調外機，估計是為了給我慶祝大年三十，替代鞭炮，是害怕我在夜裡十二點前睡着，守不了夜？一個收了正常早餐價格卻因為大年初一所以衹有水餃和湯圓的餐廳，我可以理解過年了沒有正常早餐提供，但是你要提前告知啊，一聲不吭也不提醒是不是略顯不厚道？畢竟我定包含早餐的房間就是為了大年初一的早上不到處去找店吃飯啊。一個什麼人都可以上任何樓層的電梯，不知道電梯上設定個“刷卡處”是不是僅僅為了自欺欺人。大過年的，我給自己添堵了，畢竟這酒店是自己選的不是？哭着也要住一夜。
總而言之，言而總之，這個酒店甚至這個品牌我以後都會敬而遠之。
