The attitude of the service staff is very good. You can borrow board games to play. The swimming pool is a bit small.

Very close to Hsinchu science park and lots of small restaurants nearby. If you would like to visit Hsinchu science park, it's a good choice to stay here.

the hotel wifi is unstable, at night time it didn't work at all. after renovation the room power sockets placed in the wrong location and the BS type power plug cannot insert. the receptionist services is very friendly and effective but the shuttle services isn't on time as a 5* hotel, the overall services need to improve

I checked in on a Saturday night and it was hard to wait for the elevator after the banquet was over. Checked out in the morning, elevator number 1.2.3 made us wait for the second round. The underground parking lot has mechanical parking spaces, so it can be parked in the open-air parking lot of World Middle School at the back. It's really inconvenient when it rains. But the service is good and very kind. High-rise buildings with excellent views.

The staff were very kind and explained things to me carefully, so I'm grateful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious.

A very nice hotel. I arrived at around 3pm with my 2-year-old baby and 4-year-old baby. We changed clothes and went to the swimming pool to swim for an hour👍 I played pool in the billiard room for a while before going out. The staff at the counter were very kind. Highly recommended as a first choice for small families traveling to Hsinchu❤️
