This is the worst hotel I ever seen in my life.
It was terrible. I waited at the airport for more than an hour, called five times, and was told four times that my location was terminal C, hotel shuttle.
But the lady at the counter kept asking for my local mobile number. I never saw a car coming. Finally I took a taxi and it cost $37. The lady also said that the driver was circling around the airport and didn't find anyone. When I left Houston, I took the following photo to confirm that the location I said was correct. This hotel has a big problem.
And many facilities are old and out of order. She still said it was normal. For example,
The room phone was broken. You can't use the room key to enter the back, but you can enter through the side door. The attitude was also very bad.
The bathroom drawer kept sliding out by itself and couldn't be closed.
Friends in the future, don't go to this hotel. It's terrible.

Woke up Monday morning to find someone had stolen our truck, and from what the police say it happens alot at this hotel,and the one across the hwy. Our truck was right in front of the hotel where we could see it from our room.

We booked the hotel seeing they had a free shuttle to & from the airport. When we got into Houston we called & their shuttle was broke down so they sent a van. There were other people needing it also so we took an Uber. When we got back from our cruise we had an early flight the next morning & they didn’t run it that early. Also the outside pool was very dirty.

It’s clean and cozy. It it’s close to the airport but very far from the bus station and food. Basically nothing good around for a walk. And the pool it’s outside at the front where everyone can see you.

Good property..clean room for the most part. I had a dirty towel, some hair left on the sink, and hot water from shower took like 15mins to get hot, the room had a locker room stench. Mostly clean though..fresh sheets, shower and toilet was clean. Definitely overall would stay again. Just could have been a miss by service.

The airport shuttle does not run all the time and the young lady on the front desk is very rude and abrupt. No one seemed willing to help with any questions or concerns.
