Excellent hotel and great customer service!!!

My wife booked the place with my account for her and my daughter for a stay during a friend's wedding. When she is trying to check in after the wedding around 12:30am, she was told that because I was not there, she will not be able to check in even through the room is fully paid and she has the credit card that the room is booked under. I was on the phone with the Indian guy at the front desk and ask him what we need to do for my wife to check in, we were told that he will not do anything. I plead to him for reason, because it's late and how moral is it to turn my wife and young daughter away when we have paid for the room and planed to stay there. The whole time he just smirked and said he will not do anything. Later on, when on the phone with *******, I was told we only have to call ******* and change the name on the reservation, 2 min job. The guy fully knows this and refuse to tell us. By this time, my wife has already left and had to find a new place to stay 1:30am in the morning with my daughter in tow. Shame on them if this is how they treat their guest, with the room already paid for. Instead of telling us how to solve the problem, he threaten to call the cop on my wife and daughter if they don't leave the property. Remember, this is with the room fully paid for and booked. Terrible place how they treated us, they put my wife and daughter in danger and robbed us our money. Let's hope karma comes around and they get what they deserve.

Unsanitary. Couch was disgusting wouldn’t even sit on it. Bad part of town. Would never stay here again.

Television NOT working. AC fan very noisy, NO hair dryer, NO trash bin, NO desk chair, No phone. Thank goodness! There's a bed.

I will never check in to this hotel again. Management is inconsiderate, not flexible at all. Almost have to beg for extra blanket and pillow. Your back will sore with sofa bed with metal springs poking at your back. Breakfast includes bread and pancake, no protein.

They really don’t care to provide any services. Toilet was running and not working properly since day one. No one came to look at it. In order to get fresh towels you have to bring your old one to the desk to exchange for fresh ones. They don’t do room service unless you requested in advance. Would not recommend.
