Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
Good stay, in a great location . Hotel close from tram, MTR and easy to get a taxi . Upon check in , the front desk tried to downgrade our room. We protested and showed our C Trip voucher. Eventually they recognized their mistake . The unpleasant surprise was the closure of the pool “ until further notice”. We were not notified when we booked . I just checked , trip.com mentions pool available. We booked a few months ago, not sure if there was a notice on the hotel website at the time. When the outdoor temperature is over 30 degrees , this makes a big difference . Great food in Chinese restaurant .

No coffee offered except for tea. If you're a coffee drinker you have to bring your own coffee. Defective ref was replaced as soon as front desk was notified. However, the guy at the front desk could be friendlier. He seemed to be impatient and un-accommodating.

This place is excellent, one of the best places we've stayed... I don't want anyone to find out about it! Considering HK prices, this place is a great deal with ample space and cooking options. Outdoor/indoor common rooms are also lovely. The staff is super helpful and friendly (helped us print a few documents we needed), and the coffee and snacks in the morning are a bonus.

The hotel is centrally located, a short walk from Wan Chai MTR station. The room is modern, clean and has all the facilities you expect. The bed is on the small side - if you're taller than 170cm you may find your feet hanging over the end of the bed. I had a comfortable stay and would book it again if I'm travelling solo.

The hotel is located on Locke Road. The location is pretty good. There is a breakfast shop and restaurant downstairs. It is next to the Wan Chai subway entrance. There are taxis queuing at the door, making it convenient to travel.
Kew Green Hotel Wanchai Hong Kong

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
The hotel is quite a distance from metro. Better to bring an umbrella if you’re going to go on rainy season as there’s no shade at all. The hotel staff is not so friendly. They already prepared a template and passed to me so that I can review them on Tripadvisor. First time in my life I experienced this and it totally shocked me. They won’t let you to have early check in as they claimed all their rooms are fully booked. The room certainly needs some retouch. The air is very humid and wet inside the room so they provide you a dehumidifier in the room.
