This place is excellent, one of the best places we've stayed... I don't want anyone to find out about it! Considering HK prices, this place is a great deal with ample space and cooking options. Outdoor/indoor common rooms are also lovely. The staff is super helpful and friendly (helped us print a few documents we needed), and the coffee and snacks in the morning are a bonus.

Enjoyed my stay at China Rich Hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. However, it would be better if the room is a little more spacious. But we all know how hotels in Hong Kong are, so not a biggie. Hotel is well situated near the subway station which is really convenient.

Good stay, in a great location . Hotel close from tram, MTR and easy to get a taxi . Upon check in , the front desk tried to downgrade our room. We protested and showed our C Trip voucher. Eventually they recognized their mistake . The unpleasant surprise was the closure of the pool “ until further notice”. We were not notified when we booked . I just checked , trip.com mentions pool available. We booked a few months ago, not sure if there was a notice on the hotel website at the time. When the outdoor temperature is over 30 degrees , this makes a big difference . Great food in Chinese restaurant .

Front desk staff were very professional, able to prearrange all our needs. We stayed at Deluxe Kong Room with breakfast, the room facilities are pretty nice, except for the toilet “kids size” hahaha. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety, which my Filipino friends love it’s a lot. The room services were fine on time deliver even at night time 11pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay & will definitely recommend to our friends.

It is great to have a staycation in Hong Kong during COVID period, which is very safe and comfortable for resting and enjoying the moments with family. I really enjoyed the hotel stay as the room is spacious and neat. I am satisfied with the amenities and I like spending a restful day here. The staff I encountered were nice and friendly and I felt calm and glad during the whole stay. I am looking forward to staying here again for next staycation and I will definitely recommend my family and friends to try out a staycation here.

Not quite in the central area but still close by- close enough to walk. Area is funky with lots of cool restaurants and bars close by. The hotel has lots of space and bed is very comfortable- much bigger than the last hotel I stayed in, in central. Will definitely return and recommend!
