5/5PerfectWe stayed at the Conrad for a nights over Christmas. The rooms were clean, and the views from our room was amazing. We enjoyed a nice breakfast at the Garden Café. The breakfast buffet was lovely and there was a lot to choose from. The hotel`s facilities are great, with a fully functional gym for those who want to gym in the heart of the winter. Checking in was quick and the staff was efficient and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and close to shops, parks, and the Zoological gardens. My only complaint will be the air-conditioning. Very noisy and windly. But our stay was lovely and very enjoyable.

4/5Very GoodIt was okay not special as i thought it would be, normally when you make a request especially a Birthday one (They only gave a birthday cake and nothing else), you would expect an unconditional hospitality from them to give your guests an unforgettable experience but it felt as if there was nothing special. Might as well just not request anything at all. Our TV was malfunctioning so for thirty minutes there was a guy repairing the TV and couldn't repair till the next afternoon. Would definitely not recommend to people who wants to celebrate their special occasion here.

4.5/5ExcellentLast time visit was about some 19 years ago. Surprisingly, this 5-star hotel can still upkeep their service standard over the years. Although I can tell the “age” of the material used/decoration, especially from the toilet, but at least the cleanliness level is great. Location is is excellent so Highly recommended for those who’d like to go shopping and dining within walking distance.

The location is fantastic as you’re at the heart of admiralty, the rooms are small and old, but the functionality of everything is fine. The conrad Hong Kong is definitely over rated, there are way better Conrad’s around the world, for example I prefer the Conrad Macao way more. The breakfast was a disappointment because of the variety And quality of food. The western breakfast and bakery was very limited. The staff are busy I understand, but could be more friendly. The ambience is great, have indoor and outdoor seating by the pool. The TVs in the room are not even smart TVs, and also the size of TV was too small. My favorite part of the room was the high pressure shower. The concierge department was very helpful and friendly. I really thank them for going out of their way to help us. If the Conrad was $500hkd cheaper per night I don’t think I would’ve complained as much. To conclude my suggestion would be: Conrad Hong Kong needs to learn more from Conrad Macao, because Conrad Macao is definitely up to the mark.
