Quite convenient, right in Tsim Sha Tsui. Close by are bars and restaurants, quiet busy during the weekends and holidays. It's a Rooms on the third floor are better!

Our stay was great! The room was very small but the staff were so useful through online. Self check in was very convenient. The location was very excellent only a few minutes walk to subway station. Despite the size of the room, I recommend this place to stay.

再次入住這位於尖沙咀漆咸道友聯大廈的「積寓」，本來係訂了3樓的特色無窗房間，但之後房東Whatsapp通知我該房間熱水爐有問題，安排了我去7樓另一個房間，一直以為「積寓」只在3樓的，原來於同一幢大廈還另有單位的！但7樓的房間比較似一般賓館間格，沒有3樓房間的有主題特色及闊落！
但麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，基本設備齊全，應有則有！電視可以看到Netflix我喜愛！價錢相當合理，性價比高！值得一再入住。

位置還好，有吃有喝的，晚上酒吧街，附近有地鐵站，房間舒服，附近有超市，大廈比較舊，但很安靜，不會很吵

ทำเลอยู่ย่านของกิน เดินเที่ยวเดินหาของกินได้สะดวกสบายทีเดียว มีความเงียบสงบสำหรับการพักผ่อนนอนหลับ ห้องพักสะอาด แลัมีเน็ตฟิกให้ด้วย มีไวไฟ แต่ไม่มีเคาเตอร์ให้บริการนะค่ะ ต้องโทรหา และแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ อีกรอบเมื่อมาถึง 🥰

隔壁房間客人凌晨3點多唱歌到5點，一晚上沒睡着，和酒店發訊息，很慢才回復，衹是叫他不要唱，並沒有主動給我延長時間或者賠償，後面自己打客服，衹賠付50而已，400的房費和350有什麼區別？睡的非常差的一晚。熱水器熱水也不穩定，洗幾分鐘就沒熱水了，後面一直冷水。
