Nathan Hotel Reviews

We stayed in Nathan Hotel for a week and found it quiet pleasing. We booked a "smart room" which came with a Smart TV to watch netflix,youtube, mini fridge and a big space. The room was quite spacious as most places in HK are quiet small. We had 0 issues and housekeepers would clean the room everyday. The pictures of room uploaded by the hotel looks really clean and perfect but expect a bit of wear and tear i.e stains in curtains, carpet, wallpaper coming off etc. I would recommend this hotel to any couples but make sure you get room above 7 floors like we have as they are quite modern.

Hotel is small and clean. For a 4 star hotel it has met its requirements

It was an wonderful accommodation. Clean & quite room, Great location, kind staff. They offered all that they could do. We kept the luggages for all day after check out. We liked the location. It is close to the market, metro station, bus stop, all. Haha Only one uncomfortable thing is too cold to me. However i dont want to complain of that. The guide explained due to the weather, Hongkong usually doesn't have the heat air conditioner system. Thank you for and to all.

Clean and spacious room, toilet sink only have cold water no hot water. Otherwise all good, 5 min walk to Jordan mgr and many food places around the hotel and also Starbucks below hotel

A nice stay for Chris**as in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Also excellent service!! Food pics from that restaurant😋

Hotel location is perfect sound proof good Room is bigger than others FREE breakfast alot of choices but not so tasty Staff is friendly

Family room is big enough for family of 5. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will book again when we visit Hong Kong next time.

nice and comfortable hotel! stayed with my partner and we enjoyed ourselves very much. the room gives off a very comfortable and relaxing vibe (unlike some hotel rooms which may have an eerie or creepy feeling), and all the hotel staff were super friendly! the only downside is the bathroom's shower head - it kept tilting to one side which gets a little annoying

I recently booked a stay for my parents for the third time, and once again, they thoroughly enjoyed their visit. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. Also, the hotel's location was ideal, close to major attractions and public transport.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. they even upgraded our room to a bigger one as we are a loyal customer of this hotel Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hongkong

Close to everything train station nearby. Many food options. Easy to get around. Staff were very helpful. Good location

Location location location. On the main Nathan road where shops, cafe, restaurants are. Within minutes walking to Jordan MTR. Room size is good enough comparison to HK standard. Bathroom is pretty roomy. Good shower pressure. Mattress was very good, really comfortable bed. Services very attentive. Highly recommend
